Lost my presets suddenly after a couple weeks.

Lately I haven’t been able launch this app. It keeps crashing.

Be careful buying this app it has bugs and they will tell you to delete the app and reinstall and you will have to REPURCHASE all your sound packs AGAIN.

Hi right after the last update SynthMaster player have difficulty loading inside BeatMaker 3 maybe there is a bug somewhere just to let you know thank you.

Differently one of the best in the App Store. The only problem I’m having and it’s pretty annoying and this happens quite often. I’ll be playing the on screen keyboard then all the sudden depending on the preset sound the note will constantly stay on in the hold position meaning it will continue to sound and the only way to turn it off is tap the hold button and then turn it off. This definitely needs to be fixed. Show more

My previously purchased presets won’t download. There’s an error each time. Edit: I found a work around. I kept exiting the app and purchasing the presets again (for free because the App Store has record of purchases). I had to keep exiting because after each purchase it asked me to download (instead of buy) my already purchased presets. Choosing the download option always had an error. For some reason it only downloaded when I pressed a buy button. Good thing it didn’t charge me though. I do love the app and presets. It’s nice to control with iFretless as an MPE controller. It does get a little buggy at times when doing this though. I haven’t contacted support though. I usually mess around long enough with things until I can get it to work. Show more

Hey There, loving your products so far...in my DAW and here on my iPad...however, your app consistently crashes when I try to access Bluetooth to connect my Bluetooth keyboard...please fix this ASAP...it’s very inconvenient. Show more

I’ve had this app for a while now and bought several additional sound packs. The sounds that are made to sound just like those in songs we are all familiar with are amazing! There are so many presets it can feel overwhelming but in a good way. I’m running an iPad Pro 2020 and it has no problems running this incredible app. I have a question though. If I buy SynthMaster One will the presets I’ve already bought as add-ones work in it? I really don’t want to buy them a second time. Thanks for this incredibly useful music app... I really love it! Love using this

Good for the beginner has many presets designer pads etc nice bells,the bells are the only decent preset I have used. I don’t like the piano sounds at all some presets are just bad and some are great it’s subjective. It used to work well and now suddenly won’t even load and play the issue needs to be fixed please. Great streamlined synth for straight playing. It is incomprehensible that I cannot import presets from SynthMaster 2.9 or my desktop app. The IAP are incredibly well priced but unfortunately cannot be used across platforms or amongst each other. The Issues with preset micromanagement are the only limit to these great sounding well designed synths. Show more

Short version: this synth has background activity that killed my phone’s battery even when closed. Skip this.

The app keeps closing every time I try to open it.its the first time I’m having this problem

Good sounds, but when I got a new iPad they never helped me to restore my purchased sounds successfully, just offered me a small discount on their new app. I would purchase the new app if they would just restore my sounds here I already paid for. I can’t recommend conducting business with a company that uses such questionable ethics and customer support. Show more

Just bought the paid version and not it just does not work. Starts to load, then quits. Refund please?

I had large bank of preset favorites that took me a very long time to create that just vanished with the new update. This synth has great sounds, but I don’t want to do all that work again so this has just dropped to the bottom of my list. Developer should remove the new update until this is fixed because you are gonna piss a lot of people off I give credit where it is due..They fixed it Show more

Notes get stuck during play, saved sounds disappear. What a disappointment!
