Can someone please explain to me how to use this in garage band. That’s why I got it.

This app is pretty great but one major issue I’m having is once I bounce a finished track all of the effects from this app disappear from my final project. It’s really ruining what’s otherwise a great app. A permanent solution or some advice would be great. Show more

While I like the various effects, I could not get it to work with the Alesis IODock2. Apparently the app does not recognize the audio interface. Only the headphone jack is activated. GarageBand works perfectly with AlesisIODock2 and so do all other music apps I installed. A call to support was answered but no resolution could be offered. Effects only worked once for me and then didn’t do anything. Don’t buy! Wish I could get a refund.

As an iOS only music creator, i find the effects invaluable for vocals. Their auto tune clone “hard tune” gives that rich warble that only hard dehumanized pitch correction can do. For softer vocals, they have a pitch assist setting, which is perfect for singers. The presets are great, the sound is polished. Can’t wait to see what they do with it! Show more

TC Helicon is a professional company. So, how is it i get 50 effects and can only use 1 at a time? These should chain the same way your pedals do! Maybe i need distortion and delay and reverb all together, total waste. Show more

My phone is connected to a BT speaker such that all sound automatically plays over the speaker. This app does not function-- it mutes and says I must connect to headphones or a PA system. This is a common and entirely avoidable problem with iOS sound apps-- just let me override the error message. I will change the review when fixed. Show more

Can you please update and integrate Ableton Link! Recording audio over wifi/Bluetooth directly into a DAW, would be really neat as well! Cheers

Not sure why developers leave apps broken like this. Why bother??

Beautiful audio unit the only thing is it doesn't store the pitch correction setting when using as an audio unit extension.

BEWARE! I just wasted $5.00. It downloads and shows the icon, but as soon as you click on it, it shows the opening screen for about 1 second, then crashes. I tried uninstalling and re-loading, but no go. I'm running iOS 9.3.2 on an iPad Air 2. Show more

I used to use this app all the time with Audio Share, Loopy, and Garage band. Back when it used to work with them. Doesn't work with anything anymore, not even thorough Audiobus. The effects are awesome, but what use do I have for an effects rack that can't be recorded with anything? Fix it, and I'll rate it 5 stars. Show more

In my heart, this feels more like a 4-star app to me in terms of the quality of the effects. But I'm giving it 5 stars because as of early 2016, it's one of the precious few universal apps that actually is compatible with the new Audio Units (AU) functionality. That makes this app a nice companion for audio sources in Kymatica's new AUM app. Many of the effects are too bizarre for non-vocal use, but the reverbs and distortions are nice. Show more

Good quality effects.. it's nice to see a company properly address this gap in ios effects apps for vocals. PLEASE give us more than 5 custom presets... that's just not enough to recall. You could consider having the horizontal list (a b c d... etc) of presets scroll like other apps to allow for more slots without significantly affecting the overall interface design. Also, please give us the abilty to stack effects and give us more sophisticated options for creating harmony like in your hardware products... even if it meant an additional in-app purchase or pro version. I'd gladly pay extra for those features. Show more

Best .99 cents I have ever spent. These effects are for "real" and "unreal" vocal effects. Seriously, a ton of fun, an awesome amount of factory presets and it's not hokey. A machine that could do this back in the day before apps could cost $350.00 easy. This is .99 cents and the best app I have ever seen for this low of a price! No brainer, get it before it goes up in price. Meanwhile, thank's for the incredible deal, fun, great presets and professional quality! Five stars absolutely! Show more

This version 2.0—now with the ability to tweak effects—is monumental.

I have at least a dozen voice effect apps, not because I am a singer but because I like to goof around with my kids. And this one is by far my favorite, not because of any professional level qualities, which I think it has. But because it is very easy to use, even for small children, and it has some very fun voice effects. If you have kids and a karaoke machine, or even put on a line splitter for head phones so you both can listen, it’s a LOT of fun! And even among all the presets, and there are a lot of them, you can still make some adjustments to get exactly the sound you’re looking for. I think this is a PRO level app that is cheap enough just to play with. Highly recommend it, especially if you have kids. Show more
