i already messaged them on IG, but i’m going to re-post my complaints/recommendations here: 1. the volume on riff could be louder. clubhouse, twitter spaces, and spotify live’s volume level is way better than riff’s. please fix this. 2. i don’t like the UI. it looks cheap, outdated, and defunct. the colors also clash together (black, green, and purple is an ugly mix).. it’s not appeasing to the eye, user profiles need to be improved on (i don’t like the boxed shapes), everything is jam packed onto the screen when you enter a room (chat, music player, users in room, etc), don’t like the player sitting at the bottom, there should be an option to have it play and be displayed within the room, to not have it play at all, and/or be displayed at all (i don’t like it at all). 3. fix the way the upcoming rooms/events look. again, it’s unappealing and it takes up a lot of space. 4. there’s no settings or edit profile option/button.. why? 5. there should be an option for users who have missed out on rooms/events to be able to play them back. there’s no incentive to be on riff if i’m not even able to listen to what was said in a previous event. it feels like users are being punished if they can’t catch EVERY event. 6. hosts streaming from their screens need better screen resolution. it looks like they’re streaming from a block phone… 7. riff share link should take people DIRECTLY to the room if they have the app. it’s annoying to click on the link and have it take me to the app store. i’m more likely to NOT click the link because of this. 8. improve your website.. it can look 1000% better. i would recommend for people to use clubhouse or twitter spaces until riff can fix the app/issues imo. everything looks and feels lazy when you’re on the app.. there’s no incentive for me to use it honestly. The rooms/livestreams were so laggy and kept getting a poor connection and I tried to screen record someone that was singing a really good song but the app disabled the audio in the screen recording Show more
