Please fix the Variax editor. It now crashes the app when you try to use it. This is a huge issue when trying to edit patches.

Have use this app for over a year now. Connectivity issues and ease of use are only a few of the set backs. After the latest update for iPhone there is no way to edit any Variax settings. Show more

Although it takes a while to connect it seems I have never had an issue with the app disconnecting mid playing. I used this for 3 years while playing 3-5 gigs a week and I am so happy I got this. It makes keeping sounds granites and you have a collection of more all on the cloud which you can easily access and try by just pressing it. Show more

Don’t believe all the negatives you may read in forums about the Firehawk FX and Remote App or in these app reviews. The app does everything it says it will do and it’s a great design with awesome features and functions that enhance the Firehawk FX experience. For me I want controls at my fingertips via iPad or iPhone and I want simplicity. That’s all covered including added bonus features like the tone matching and tone community. My only worry.. I think these products came out in ‘14, maybe ‘15 so Line 6!.. PLEASE continue to support this and even add new features and functions from time to time! 1. Add cloud back-up for tones stored in amp 2. Add ability for multiple My Tone lists 3. Add ability to sort the tone list order of My Tones 4. Mac OS version of app would great too! 5. Please more than 30 results when searching for tones in the Cloud 6. Sortable Cloud results by rating 7. More stable Bluetooth connection Thank You! Show more

The app constantly cycles a Cloud Update Pending error even though my WiFi signal/connection is strong. The app won’t let you do anything because of this error message. In all my years of using smart phone/tablet apps this is the worst app I’ve ever encountered. Show more

Please fix the cloud search feature. It will only return 30 results, even if more are in the cloud. At least return the top rated ones or the ones for Firehawk at the top. Instead, you just get random tones. Show more

Everything was working fine until the app somehow just didn’t want to connect with my firehawk. I can’t change anything now.

I bought a brand new iPad to work with this app and my Firehawk pedal, and for a while it did. But as soon as I updated to iOS 11 the app started dropping the Bluetooth connection when using the music playback function. Any time you try to rewind or go to the next track it drops the connection to the pedal and the music stops playing through it. It’s basically unusable as a practice tool, which is what I bought it for. And Line 6 is very slow to update the program. I can’t believe they take so long. I have other music apps from Moog, etc. that get updated a lot more often. Pretty disappointing support for this expensive pedal. UPDATE: I find that when trying to switch the pedal presets (ABCD) when connected to an iPad that the pedal freezes and the Bluetooth and app disconnects. I am then unable to switch the pedal again until it reconnects to the iPad. I have the latest iOS and firmware on the pedal. What a waste of money. Don’t think I’ll be buying any more Line6 gear. My wife just got this pedal for me for my b-day a week ago..and so far I love this pedal..five stars for me!!!..but the looper seems to lag..please fix the looper..there seems to be a noise when I want to loop. Update? Show more
