I used to sleep with my fan on the whole time, and MAN was my electrical bill high!!!(Not to mention the amount of blankets I had to sleep with to stay warm) ?‍? So I decided to try this app out, via recommendation from a friend… And I love it!!! My only complaint would be that when I set it in timer, so it would turn off at 4 in the morning, the app would just stop making the sound and turn off, waking me up every hour… ? But overall there’s nothing wrong with it, you get four essential sounds, and if you want to spend the money to get the other sounds they aren’t that expensive… I’m definitely using this every night, and telling all my friends to get it as well!!! ??? Something for every one. Our favorite is Ocean.

After listening to bose sleep aid’s soundscapes I’m afraid nothing else will do. Only reason I installed your app is because my sleep aids ran out of juice after not charging them long enough. I’m sorry but your quiet noise (brown) did nothing for me and after listening to ocean sounds I gave up and instead came here to rate your soundscapes. It’s supposed to be relaxing and lull you into peaceful sleep. I couldn't relax as I found your sounds distracting, sorry it didn’t work out. M. LAM Show more

I do like your app. Just wish it had more of a variety that didn’t have so much “water” sounds - makes me need to get up and use the bathroom! Or “bird” sounds - that just makes my brain think it’s time to wake up, not slow down and go to sleep. Do like the other sounds. I know you can buy other sounds, but now I am not using this app as much. Show more

I have this app for Apple TV. I use it every night, listening to the brown noise. I started using it because my father is hard of hearing, and his TV would keep me awake. The brown noise is perfect for drowning out low to mid tones. I have never cared for noises that ebb and flow like ocean waves, so I was very grateful to find the brown noise. The only thing that kept me from five stars is that sometimes when I wake up to pee, the brown noise is crackly and weird sounding. This morning I muted my TV for a few moments, unmuted, and the noise was still corrupted, but after I paused the app for a few seconds, it was okay. Not sure what that is, but it wakes me up sometimes. Show more

I used to try to download, or YouTube videos of waves and other calming sounds when I write or grade papers for concentration, as a teacher, sometime it is extremely difficult to concentrate when reading multiple essays. This app does just that and allows me to focus unlike using music. I used to use soft classical music, but often find myself humming the melodies instead of focusing. I like be the ocean and this app brings it into my classroom. Recently, I just started using the app for sleeping when I travel, I cannot stand absolute silence and always need some kind of background noise and this works perfect when I'm away from home without my noise making fan. This app is amazing to use to keep yourself calm. I use it to help me with my anxiety at times & more importantly it helps me fall right to sleep.
