Pandora, Spotify, Rdio, Tunein - I"ve tried them all and this one is the best because it has search, unlimited and favorites. Search and unlimited skips is self-explanatory, but the favorites is really fun. You favorite a song by clicking the star next to it. Then anytime you swipe down it will instantaneously find all your favorites playing anywhere in the world. One tip: Songs at the top of the list are closer to the beginning. If you pick the top one you may even hear a few seconds of the previous song ending. I highly recommend this app if you like music and want to play the songs you like and skip the ones you don't like. Show more

In the first week 6 Seconds replaced Pandora for me. I love Pandora and have been a paying subscriber for years...but 6 Seconds is more interesting. It gives me better music discovery. Still think Pandora is genius, but the combo of song search, unlimited skips and radio (human) curation from a million stations worldwide is surprisingly better. Love it! Show more

Love the idea to find streaming radio stations playing what you want to hear. Great way to listen to the music you want and find new streaming stations. The interface is easy, intuitive and QUICK! No nonsense, just music. Show more

Between being able to listen to what I'm searching for right away and the unlimited swipe/skip feature, I can listen to what I want quickly and easily.

First search ("mos def") gave a bunch of results that were not the artist, second ("bob Marley") gave zero results third ("meek mill") gave a bunch of results that weren't the artist. Show more

Love the quick "swipe" interface and the fact that it actually plays the exact songs that I want. It doesn't play at the beginning of a song, but it always seems to drop me in near the start, but whatever... that's when the meat of the track gets going anyway. Definitely adding this to my short list of music apps! Show more

The functional app idea is great with a few minor UI quarks. I find the idea of searching for any song I like playing throughout the country a really cool concept. The fact that I could be listening to Van Halen on a station in Nevada when I live in Washington, D.C. is great. During rush hour traffic my local stations think talk radio is what I should be listening to, with an occasional song thrown in. Now with 6 Seconds I get to hear music during my entire commute. The coolest two features are the ability to search for any artist or song playing on any radio station and unlimited skips. I hate Pandora song skip limit, inevitably my last skip gets me to a song a hate even worse than the previous one, then I'm stuck switching to Apple Radio. Show more

This application would be a five-star app from the features that I heard about on the this week in start ups podcast but unfortunately, I have to give it a zero. The only reason that I have to give this app a zero instead of a good rating is the fact that it is completely unusable with voiceover. This is exactly the kind ofApplication that I had hoped to eventually fine because I really don't like the fact that on other apps I can't skip the garbage that I don't want to listen to and end up going back to my own music or nothing at allif this application can be made to work with voiceover I would give it five stars. Thank you for thinking of an awesome app, and please make it blind accessible. I would love to revise this review to give it what it truly deserves for at Cinemation. Show more

I downloaded this app when Forbes did an article on it and it was rivaling Pandora. I thought great unlimited skips. But I downloaded it, every song started playing a few seconds into the song! And some songs I've never heard of! Total waste of my time, going back to Pandora. Show more

This app is awesome! The only problem I have with it is that I am totally blind, and it doesn't work as well with voiceover as it could. If you could add voiceover gestures for the swipes… Like a three finger swipe left for going to the next song by the selected artist our title…and so on, that would be wonderful! Show more

Swift, simple navigation to a plethora of music. Great new music playing app to quickly get to what I want.

This app is fast, searchable, skippable. Like pandora for radio stations. It's going right in my music folder ahead of last.fm.
