Really easy to replace file name with Meta Data tags. My file names were some long numbers while Itunes recognized them by artist, song title, album, etc. This app made it Soooo easy to transfer the song info to the file name with one click! Show more

Wow, it's got 'Free' right there in the app name, but it's not free. What a joke!

The app works decently, but it is constantly harrassing you to upgrade to the paid version to the point where its nearly unusable. Absolutely awful design.

It does exactly what it says and thats what i need! To those who say the developer is being deceptive with saying its free; it says beside GET "Offers In-App Purchases" then you are the blind sheep! Show more

I have edited a number of folders of songs and then saved the files. (you can only save the files to the same master folder) When I dragged the same folder into Tag a second time, some of the tags had reverted back to previous entries. If you could directly export the files to iTunes, it might avoid this problem. And there's no way to contact the vendor. Diappointed after paying $15 for one year. Show more

Software works well enough, but tactics to get you to subscribe are abhorent. First off, a subscription? Really? For tag editing software? I’d have paid $20 for this no problem, but I’m never going to pay annually for something so simple. But really the issue here is the free version is unusable. It interrupts the save process every 5-10 seconds to ask you to subscribe, and brings the application to the front when it pops up, interrupting anything else you’re trying to do on your computer. As soon as I finish this batch of edits I’m uninstalling and will gladly use a less-powerful piece of software that isn’t so invasive. Show more

This app is so nice. I publish music myself. This app makes it perfect to finish my mp3 file when I release a digital album.

I love everything about this program how I'm able to rename songs, correct titles and artwork covers, though one thing i really wish it had was adding your own columns, I wish I could add personalized columns to further categorize songs Show more

Amazing program. I am impressed !

It is nagwear. You get to use it 1-2 times, then every 7 files it gives you a forced hardstop making you tell it again that you are not going to spend some absurd amount for the 'free-ware'. If it was even reasonably priced, it wouldn't be so bad. I chose to purchase Music Tag Editor instead of using this falsely advertised free-ware. Show more

If you are an artists looking for detailed tagging options this is THEE only answer honestly. I used to use audacity but that requires file converting and such. This is the most direct and simple way to tag you tracks propperly. It allows you to tag the artwork to the track, It’s free and it works flawlessly. No need to look further. Thank you to the creator of this amazing app! Show more

This app does what it says it is supposed to do. But if you don't want to be nagged to buy a subscription, don't use this app.

It’s says it’s free, but it isn’t. It will require money to fully function.

I couldn't even try it out becaue a few minutes into using it I was bombarded with a "subscribe for $14.99/year" message. Had to use force quit to get out of it. Show more

This is a useful and well put together app but it isn’t free. What’s worse, it begins interrupting your good work constantly and frequently so whateveryou have started is impossible to finish. This isn’t a disabled program in the traditional sense that you can use it for some stuff but some features are disabled until you pay. That is what is usually understood to be a “free” program. This thing tries to undermine your efforts untill you pay up. Essentially, it holds your work hostage. There are so many excellent free and almost free apps on the store that you want to support once you’ve tried it. But it didn’t take long to understand that this one is mean spirited, deceptive and should not be supported at all. Really sad, because it does a niche job very well and I don’t think there’s anything else out there like it. Show more

Love this app! I use it on MP3s and AIFFs. Very straightforward. Drag and drop the files in, type in the metadata and click Save.

Adding artwork to files doesn't work as their YT instructional videos suggest.
