    Fix it Please!
    The speaker is great. The app works great WHEN it works. Looses connectivity all the time. Speakers are only recognized sometimes. It’s a crapshoot. Not acceptable when you are counting on being able to EQ for a new room. Show more

    Buy something else if you want connectivity.
    Jbl lied from get go about this product and its abilities. A year later I try the app with the same poor results. It must be nice to be a company with so much revenue they can crap all over their lower tier uses. Good riddance jbl, there are other companies out there that will actually deliver. Show more

    Good app, but needs and update
    I have the JBL Eon 12 and love the speaker! The idea of having a mixer on my phone is great, but the connectivity only works short term. The only way to reconnect is the reset the speaker while holding the EQ+ and boot buttons together. I don't mind this, but it would be easier if I could just connect to it. The app gives me the option to delay the speaker and mess with EQ, but it would also be cool if there were more effects such as reverb. This app is good for my needs and I think this app is useful, but needs an update.? Show more

    This was a waste of time!!!!
    Poorly done JBL ..this app suppose to connect to Bluetooth ...when and what year ????that was the whole purpose I purchase the speakers

    Terrible app
    Not user friendly at all. My speaker wouldn't connect to it, and all the trouble shooting page said to do was to do a power cycle. Translated, that's: turn it off, then back on again. Show more

    New app needed ASAP
    This app fails on all levels because it simply does not work. Speakers and Presets are great on their own but this app literally can't handle itself and crashes/locks, can't be trusted. Show more

    Poor execution of a decent idea
    So.... the demo videos of this app are good, the menus are great and I love my speakers. However, I do not see how Harman could allow an app/function like this to go to market with these issues. Judging from the other reviews, I am not alone. The specific problem I have with this app/function is that it does not connect to my speakers via Bluetooth. That problem negates any perceived usefulness. Further to that, any attempt at performing a factory reset on the speakers to get the sync function to reboot does nothing. Would not be so bad if I could manually adjust the crossover in my 618S. It's as if JBL removed/ignored the manual adjustments for basic functions and are relying upon a faulty product to perform those functions, digitally. Not 100% sure if it's the app or the Bluetooth receiver, but all three of my Eon 600 series speakers are exhibiting the same behavior, so I am going with app. Please fix this. Show more

    Glitchy
    App is super glitchy. Speakers won't stay connected. Bass and Treble controls aren't movable. Practically useless

    Not good!
    You right the makes us wait for a long time and for now on I won't be trusting them. That was the only reason I bought this speakers. To bad I can't Give them menus five stars. Show more

    Worst app, do not use it will permanently set
    I had it connect once and messed with the settings then never able to connect again so now I can't change them back to defaults. Delayed a year and they still can't get it right. JBL dropped the ball on this one Show more

    Bass & Treble shelfs don't work
    I have two eon610 and downloaded this app for the eq function. The three eq settings worked but the bass and treble shelfs will not select. I can change the gain but not the freq. freq is greyed out and neither circle will slide left or right. Update; Still does not work after the latest update. Cannot adjust shelf frequency. Terrible program Show more

    Not working with iOS 9.0.2
    I use this app (well, not anymore) to EQ my EON615's but now I have to use them with factory settings... So annoying. Update your stuff, JBL. -@DJGuyDillon

    Con iOS 9 no funciona la app. Cuando intento conectar vía bluethoot automáticamente se sale de la app. Me pueden dar alguna sugerencia.

    UPDATE for iOS 9!?!?
    Worked to set one speaker.... iOS 9 came out.... Crashes and closes when trying to sync every time. Please fix this.

    Terrible Disappointment
    After a year of waiting you cannot even play a single song using this App... Not. One. Single. Song. Someone should be fired.

    I can't believe JBL is doing this
    I've been a long time JBL fan. I've been so happy with the company and have never once questioned investing my money in a JBL product. I believe the EON 600 series speakers and this app, which was promised months upon months ago has made me lose all interest in owning a JBL product again. I can understand that setbacks happen and I was more than willing to give JBL the benefit of the doubt, but to wait this long and receive an app for your speakers that is essentially broken is extremely disappointing. You've definitely lost at least one customer JBL. Show more

    Sorry I ever bought my EON monitor
    I bought my EON612 based on the promise and possibilites of the bluetooth app, which I assumed was available at the time of my purchase. When I got to the website to download the app it informed me that the app wouldn't be available until the end of June. Then June went by and middle of July they changed the website to say "End of July." July went by and middle of August the app was finally available for download. Lo and behold and what a shock that it appears the JBL development team just rushed this thing out without fully testing it. I can't even use it. I open the app, it does find my monitor, BUT it gets stuck on trying to update my monitor firmware and the frickin' start button is off the screen where I can't click it. WHAT good software developer implements a fixed rather than adaptive dimension screen????! To say this doesn't inspire confidence or customer loyalty is a huge understatement. I'm on the verge of demanding that JBL give me my money back. Show more
