I took my granddaughter to see him at the Stafford farm tour this year! Luke took time out of his singing on stage to step down off the stage to hug and kiss me her on the cheek! That was so sweet of him to even do cu it made her dream to meet her idol come true! So I want to say thank you Mr Luke Bryan for making my granddaughters dream come true! I have been a Luke Bryan Nuthouse member and app user for many years. Once the two were combined I was happy - at least I only have to make (and remember) only one payment! But since they expired on different days, I was confused as to which I had to pay or how to combine them. The worst thing that I thought could happen did, my memberships lapsed! I paid up as soon as I realized I wasn’t getting any alerts from the app on my phone, as I had always gotten prior. But NOW I’m still not getting alerts, blips, emails, smoke messages, Morse codes, NOTHING! For the first time in 8 YEARS I missed a presale!! I am beyond frustrated and from reading posts on the LBO app today, A LOT of fans are as well. I know my measly few $$ isn’t going to keep any food off Luke’s table or cause the power company to turn off his lights - but as a FAN from the BEGINNING - you could say I’m “butt hurt”! (Its a thing my grandma used to say when things beyond my control would get me upset.) I know this rant will probably go no where and most definitely not to the ones who need to see it. But I made me feel a tiny bit better putting it down and sending it off to space - or at least the cyberspace! Thanks for letting me vent - I can now start my day! Show more

Sad about paying for the Ap when the same exact pictures & news on any of the multiple social media

I love this app. It keeps me updated on Luke Bryan - And makes me feel like I am closer to him through this app ❤️

I was a member from the beginning, then I didn’t renew because the app didn’t bring anything special that social media wasn’t already showing for free. I recently updated my nuthouse and became an all access member again. My app does not recognize me as an all access member. I have emailed several times for help. Sad that Luke’s app is not managed in the USA. Show more

Can’t access my all access or nut house tells me I am logged in and ask me for payment. I paid twice for the same thing

Unfortunately the app isn’t payed attention to that much by Luke or crew like they use to and everything that you have to pay for you see on other social sites first or people Repost the payed content on other free Sites Show more
