First response was automated and had nothing to do with my issue, 2nd response asked for a lot of information on my end, which I provided and still have no response. I have no problem with the operation of the app it seems very useful to those who find it so. However, THEY IGNORED MY REQUEST FOR HELP. I upgraded to a membership but realized I could not upload MP3 (must be WAV) and wanted to cancel and get a refund but NO ONE has gotten back to my email yet. Show more

At first I didn’t like it because of signing up issues but as soon as I started using it I find it a great app and prefer it more than websites for music high recommend!! Show more

I paid for a yearly subscription on accident but I tried to cancel to get my money back but couldn’t. Could I get help with this?

I was interested, happy and ready to release my song under the free plan only to find out that the release date is a month from today and the only way to change it is to upgrade to the “boost” or “pro” plan. But overall it’s a good distribution app if you want to upload your music to streaming platforms. If you’re subscribed to their “boost” or “pro” plan you have the ability to release sooner just like other distributors. Show more
