Constantly fails to connect. Instructions are contradictory and very frustrating. Return the speaker you bought for this app as quickly as possible and don’t waste your money.

I tried this despite the other poor reviews. Setup is awful. I had to use my iPad because this app would not run on my iPhone XS Max.

It’s a good thing I have an old iPad, and on that device it still works. Just bought the Fabriq speaker, and the app is necessary to connect the device to WiFi. Show more

이 스피커를 산 이유는 너무나 편한 음질 때문입니다. 음질만 따진다면 별 10개를 줘도 될 만큼 귀를 정말 편하게 합니다. 문제는, WiFi 로 연결하는 App이 엉망이라는 것입니다. 집어 던져버리고 싶을 만큼 오동작으로 노래가 5초 정도 나오고 멈춰 버립니다. 따라서, App절때 다운 받아 사용하지 마시고, Wifi 연결도 시도하지 마시고, Amazon Alexa 도 쓰나마나니 쓰지 마시고, Bluetooth 만 연결해서 쓰시면 정말 좋습니다. 제가 테스트 해본 소형 Bluetooth 스피커 중에서는 정말 최고의 음질이라 극찬을 할 수 있습니다. 절대 App 사용하지 마세요. 오직 Bluetooth 만 사용하세요 Show more

My FABRIQ speaker was working just fine up until just recently when it said it needed a firmware update so when I went to go do the firmware update it now closes out the app and starts it and says to do the firmware update again it doesn’t even give me the option to do the update this is a major bug and this is really upsetting seeing how this is my only speaker that I use. I really hope the developers look into this and fix the problem in seeing how now I can’t even use the speaker because it won’t update and I can’t use it without it being updated Show more

The speaker itself barely holds a charge and is decent in sound however the app is fairly useless. I despise that I can’t turn the speaker off with the app or on for that matter. Also having to set the app up all the time is quite aggravating. It is horribly not user friendly and makes a Bluetooth WiFi device more hands on then it should be. Never buying one of these again and will be selling the one I currently own. Show more

Terrible really, takes FOREVER TO PAIR and i cant even use after i turn it off without having to re pair it again. -.-

It ok works awesome but almost every time I exit the app and shut the speaker down for the day the next morning I have To flipping set it up again and it won’t pair again.... Takes hours to set it up again. Fix the stupid bug!! Show more

This is absolutely one of the worst user friendly items, I have ever purchased. I took 4 tries to finally set up with my WiFi which I could care absolutely less about. All I really want to do is pair the speaker. Directly with my WiFi, and thus far, I haven’t found a solution to that problem. I just wouldn’t ever purchase a product, like this one again. Show more

No real instructions and mere faith (I guess) that it will connect to your WiFi. What about the Bluetooth function? Their idea of help was the opposite. This is garbage and I returned it. Show more

Fabriq worked well for a couple of weeks, then fizzled...can't seem to recover. The manual is pitifully brief and nothing it said worked. Way too complex...you have to start over every time you shut it down. Keep It Simple Stupid! Show more
