    So many years; so many problems
    I was a early adopter and I’ve paid the price; every time the app is updated or the firmware is updated I go through a 1-2 week period of intensive troubleshooting because nothing works anymore and generally the first 2-3 fixes suggested by support make matters worse. After that it works fine until the system forces another update; then I gotta go through all this again. It was excusable years ago when this gizmo first launched, but now is just lame. Love the product but it’s way passed time for the team to make software that actually works. Show more

    Screen freezes
    Bought this to spend less time on my phone would uo spending even MORE time twiddling with my phone before workouts. Spotify freezes App freezes after getting wifi Totally useless go with a real MP3 player Show more

    The Worst App in History
    I got this player for my son for a gift-his first music player--as a basic music player that just had to sync to Amazon music. I got it to sync the first time after a couple of tries, which was difficult, but since then -- what can I say -- it's complete garbage! It worked just long enough for him to be attached to it. Now, not only will it not sync at all, it deleted his entire playlist, making the device useless! Though it will connect to my iPhone via bluetooth, for some reason it also needs a WiFi connection which it absolutely will not connect to despite many, many attempts-- and it actually sees the network! It was an incredibly stupid way to connect a device to begin with but now that it won't work it's absolutely the stupidest thing I've ever seen and I am an IT professional in the software business. I can't believe this product makes it to market like this. Shame on these people ripping everyone off with this junk and disappointing a young boy in the process. Show more

    Wi fi, battery, connectivity and usage
    I purchased one mighty and it arrived, it didn’t work so I purchased a replacement right away with the intention of sending the first one back. Second one arrive and it also doesn’t work. I contacted amazon and requested this product be removed. They said they would pull it off the site until it is resolved. I tried again last night and still no luck. I need someone to call me or contact me.. I am considering suing the company that owns this product. Seems like a scam and possibly a class action is in place!! Show more

    Syncing takes unacceptably long
    I’m about to go on a run and wanted to sync a new playlist before a left - one with only 12 songs on it. First, I had to plug my mighty in, connect to Bluetooth, sync with Spotify and refresh my mighty so it could find the new playlist in the first place, then sync the songs from new playlist. This process has already taken 25 minutes and not even HALF the songs have synced. About to give up and go without music. This is completely ridiculous. Show more

    Overall, a fail
    The concept is awesome, the execution is from 1999. Syncing the player to the app is clunky and takes FOREVER. Shuffle never works...you want to go back a song and hear it again? Nope. Some random song plays instead, and then you can’t even go forward and back to where you were. And the battery life is a joke. Don’t even think about taking it out for a half marathon...let alone a marathon. I ran a marathon in 2008 with the Apple iPod and it lasted the whole way. Welcome to 2020 and the Mighty technology doesn’t lasts two hours. These are basic technical features that are fixable. It almost feels like this was some kid’s side project for school and he’s managing it on the side. Show more

    Works but could use some redesign
    The app worked great getting my device synced up and ready to go with Bluetooth headphones. My main problem here is that several areas of the app have white text on a white background. Sometimes it’s back on black. Really hard to use. Luckily, I was able to guess through some things but I could see this being a problem for other users. Please fix! Show more

    If you want to use this with airpods, look for something else.
    The mighty simply isn’t compatible with airpods. I’ve tried countless times to reset, pair, forget the device, etc - and it still cannot connect to my airpods. It worked the first two times, without help from the app. I’m not sure how, but they connected without using the app. Now it simply doesn’t connect, and I wouldn’t recommend trying this device with airpods.     Great product and app
    This is such a misunderstood product, but I hope they weather the storm and keep improving. The app works great to change settings and sync music. I think the low reviews come from people who don’t understand how to use the product and the different networks Show more

    Ehhhhh
    Works about 20 percent of the time. Maybe new update will change that works when I’m still or walking but when I run it cuts out after about 30 seconds.

    Nothing but crashes!
    I’ve spent hours installing, uninstalling, and reinstalling this app and every time I try to sync my Mighty unit the app crashes. What a disappointment! Will be returning it.

    Mighty is amazing!
    I got an iPod but I started to get sucked up into the screen when I just got it for the music. Then I learned about Mighty and instantly fell in love with it. I have been using ever since and don’t even need my iPod. Also, I have 9 longish playlists and have only used up like a 10th of the storage. I love Mighty! Show more

    Same boat as above - pairing headphones is a joke
    Great product, great idea, but this app is a joke to NOT have the ability to pair with any headphones. Seems like I’ll be busting out my old headphones...

    Great concept
    This is a amazing concept and product. HOWEVER, there are MANY flaws. When I first got this, I LOVED IT!! Then I learned that I can only connect my mighty to one pair of my headphones. I had to buy new Bluetooth headphones because it always failed to connect. I now have TOZO T10 wireless headphones because my old beats wouldn’t connect. Please fix. Also I can not connect this to my car. (Yes it was in pairing mode as I could connect my iPod, same with my beats) This is the only reason I give 3 stars however, I love this product and it is amazing. I would love to help test new products and give honest feedback, just make sure you are not false advertising. -Charles (Feel free to contact me) P.S when I emailed the support team, they never got back to me.     Great Product!!
    Glad I found these guys! The mighty is a wonderful little gadget for audiophiles who want to take their music with them without being tied to phones or an internet connection. I love mine & hope to purchase several more for friends & family. I hope that they keep providing more features & functionality! Can’t wait for the next update. Show more
