    Not MP3 player / Poor Customer Service
    DO NOT PURCHASE ITEM DIRECTLY FROM COMPANY. Product was purchased by mistake as Christmas present. Purchaser never saw it was Spotify Premium use only. Tried to return to company my cost - they insisted use their label & demanded 15%restock for no reason. I consider this practice crooked especially since one can buy & return on Amazon with no fees. Do Not trust this developer / company. (Side note a friend purchased this product & has to connect it daily to Spotify or it will not play.) Scammers. Show more

    Cannot connect to Wifi on the app for the life of me
    Need to connect to WiFi for the product to do anything and probably 1 in 10 tries of different networks are successful. I can be sitting next to a router and the wifi doesn't detect and if anything requires a "sign in" like Starbucks or University Campus Wifi, the thing is practically useless. I got it to work miraculously once and after a month was asked to Re-Sync to Spotify. Went back to the coffee shop with successful wifi connection and now it doesn't show up anymore on the detection... Show more

    Bluetooth headphones never connect
    Cool idea in theory but pairing with a set of Bluetooth headphones rarely if ever works. Come up with a fix for this and it’s 5 stars.

    Do not buy this product
    Trash app and product. I used to use it but on many occasions before a run or workout it’ll say your Spotify playlists are not synced and will prevent you from listening to any music at all. Then you must halt everything and sync in order to play music. An incredible annoyance so I threw it away. Would suggest anything else other than this low-grade product Show more

    Great, but could use one fix...
    I love the Mighty and use it everyday and it has been working great, there is one issue though. It would be really nice if users could sync all of their songs directly into the Mighty via the app, without having to create new playlists. This takes a long time to do and could probably be fixed fast. Thanks, Cogan M. Show more

    Needs better iPad App Interface
    I mostly use Spotify with my iPad, never with my phone. So I’m a bit disappointed to see that this app is not iPad compatible, it’s just basically the phone app so it has these big black spaces at the side. It mostly crashes and I’ve only had a few successful syncs. I like the concept of Mighty, but the app just makes it unusable. Show more

    It’s a small company, but c’mon
    It’s ok. The app does what it needs to, most of the time. I had several crashes also, but reinstalled and it was mostly fine. VoiceOver accessibility is hit or miss, especially in the tutorial screens, so YMMV. The app has UX/copy issues all over the place and looks like it was slapped together overnight without proofing; many items are cut off on my SE display. Thankfully, VoiceOver reads out the cut off sections. I’ll be looking forward to improvements, especially if Mighty wants to be taken seriously. Show more

    Nothing but crashes
    Great, just got my brand new $100 mighty, and all the app does is crash. Can't pair it, can't add music. It's not even a good paperweight because it's too light. Show more

    Great app but won’t update
    Like the app but my only issue is that it doesn’t update. It just says that it’s up to date when it’s not

    Poor connection logic, not very responsive
    You must regularly refresh the Mighty to maintain the download license with Spotify. That shouldn’t be a problem but my experience is that the app constantly disconnects from the Wi-Fi router and Bluetooth connections while syncing. Even when the router and Mighty player are within 10’ of each other. This slows the mandatory sync to a crawl. This app needs some serious work to improve reliability. Show more
