I have connected the ITach and have a connection and can confirgure the IP address but am getting an connection error message on the app. Global Cache advised their product appears to be working properly. Need assistance. Thank you! Show more

This app works flawlessly, a suggestion for improvement would be to add Siri Shortcuts or customs scenes options so one touch could set speakers, volumes, and source.

I’ve had the Monoprice 6 zone system for over two years and have been enjoying it. Actually....I love the amp. Just decided to try and add app support, app works great. No lags, it just plain works. I do have one question however, I have two of these amps and they are not linked via the flat cable. They are being used as two separate 6 zones, one system upstairs and another downstairs. I don’t see anywhere in the app to add a second amp. What’s the fix for this? Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Show more

The last update just blinks and never runs. It shows up on a double tap, but one can’t get to it. DO NOT update your app. Such a bummer. It worked great. Show more

So far so good, changes made on actual keypads do not reflect on the iPad app, am I missing something?

AV Pro here, this is solid for what it is. Works well. Deployed in my home and a few lower end clients.

Apple removed on last update?

I spent over $100 for all of the parts required for this app to work and after two days of literally going through countless configurations of trying to get this to work, nothing. Customer service is a joke. Should’ve known Monoprice was a joke from the beginning as they have no integration with mainstream companies whatsoever... waste of money. Show more

Application seems good but not sure if I have a bad iTach Device or something has changed. I added my IP, zones. And sources to app and it connects but never lets me change anything. The volume or settings do not show up. Show more

This works great! Very responsive to commands, no time to load. I have two amps together, and it gives you what the monoprice amps give you; 12 zones and 6 sources. Thanks for this app! Show more

I purchased a Global Cache iTach Flex IP and a Flex Link serial RS232 cable to connect the Monoprice controller to my home network. I used the iHelp software from Global Cache to locate the IP address of the iTach Flex IP. Once I had the IP address, setting up the Audio Control app was simple. I now have full control of zone volumes and audio inputs from multiple phones! Thanks! Show more

After purchasing the required hardware and numerous conversions with support I could not get this app to work on my network. I wish it worked as easily as the other posts state, I really had high hopes. Show more

This app flawlessly controls the Monoprice multizone controller. I have two of the controllers together and this app allows me to control all zones. Unfortunately, it does not allow me to leverage all of the sources of the 2nd controller as the app only allows you to define 6 zones which is why I give 4 stars. If you only have 1 controller, this is definitely a 5 Star app. Show more

This app simply works and works well. The only thing missing is support for grouping zones. This is the perfect solution for when I don’t want to get up and go to the keypad. Well done and beautifully designed app. 5 stars in my book and well worth the money. Show more

This app is a perfect compliment to the Monoprice 6x4 and 6x6 multi-zone home audio system. Being able to control all of the zones without having to go to a controller makes the system exponential more user friendly. Well worth the price! My only thought/request for a future update would be the ability to group or select more than one zone so that you can change apply a change across multiple zones without having to go to each one individually (specifically changing the source). Otherwise an awesome app! Show more
