Short and sweet, the app is really good, but the filters could use some work

I find it very convenient to shop at guitar center but using the app is such a hassle. Seems like almost each time they fix a bug (which takes forever to see fixed btw) a new one comes up. If the app worked the way it should, I think your business would significantly improve. Show more

The app no longer lists anything I’ve ordered nor can it find the order I have currently in progress. But their customer service has kept me updated although I have to prompt the issue. Show more

The product Alert Me feature never retains the items I add to it. Once I close the app, they disappear. I’ve reported this to GC support multiple times and it is never fixed. It hasn’t worked on my old iPhone and my new iPhone 13. Other than this, it’s a pretty cool app. If GC fixes this bug someday, hopefully this century, I’ll increase my rating. Show more

if you want to see what your local store has in stock it will give you results of instruments that only exist in google images. an app with no functionality, it only exists to track you and phone home with that data. Show more

Trying to buy a $2000 guitar. Add it to cart and go to check out and nothing in cart. Emailed support and they were less than helpful.

Great for all your music needs

this has nothing to do with any of the equipment they sell, it’s great, i ordered a guitar. the app, however. it doesn’t save the items in your cart, logs you out, deletes made wishlists, doesn’t save searches, shows a result when the item is actually sold already, etc. it has so many bugs and i really wish it wasn’t like that because the stores in real life are amazing. :( Show more
