Half the time I try to add something to my cart it doesn’t work. Do they not want us to buy from them? So frustrating.

Absolutely shocking service. Purchased a guitar set on the 27th June, today is 15th July, been through verification process twice, spoken to multiple reps and still no tracking number and item hasn’t been sent, absolutely regret making my purchase with this company, I mean cmon send it already I’ve PAID! To be fair, I haven’t gone too deep into the app. The only thing I’ve used it for so far is to purchase a guitar after having already added it to the wishlist on the web page. But for some reason putting in my shipping and credit card details was an absolute chore. But now that it’s all figured out and the app has (hopefully) saved my info, I might give it 4 stars in the future if I use the app more Show more

App is relatively good but I have a notification on the app about having messages but when I click on it, I get a blank page. Clicking the refresh button does nothing and pressing the share button crashes the app. Show more

The ap has prevented me from buying gear from gc. Literally, i tried buying gear and it wouldn’t let me. The website operates much better. This app could be improved.

The app is just painful to deal with. Too many bugs and glitches from item alerts refusing to save unless you delete the app, saved searches not working, routing you to the login page whenever you want to add an item to the wishlist when you’re already logged in, then not being taken back to said item’s page so you have to scroll all the way down just to find it again, etc. These are just the complaints I can remember off the top of my head. I only complain because I appreciate this company’s services and wish their app was better and easier to navigate so I can do business with this company. Show more

Can’t get past the home screen. There are no links, just 5 pages telling you how many wonderful things you can do with the app. Unfortunately, that’s it. Dead end.
