I try to find the voucher registration but I can see anything on this apps contact the magic sing to help me with this issue no one responds to me I’m getting frustrated I need help to please this is my second purchase Of magic sing I’m so excited to use this but if I’m happing issue getting my voucher and get the latest song ? that’s not good at all! I love this app so much! It makes it much easier to search for songs/artists instead of having to look through the song book. Having the app also makes it much easier to reserve songs and organize your favorites. I have all of my favorites reserved by genre and love that new songs are updated often. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Show more

My app was working perfectly and now all it does is open to an ad for their néw Bluetooth speaker mic product. I think I read somewhere that the app was shut off for US customers. My guess is magic sing is not paying royalties to music labels and got a nasty letter in the mail. Show more

This app suddenly stopped working. I have one year subscription for the magic sing and i cant use it now. When i open this app, it is stuck in the introduction image then stopped working…. Show more

I bought the Magic Sing for a party I’m having for my son and his teenaged friends this weekend. I downloaded the app that just got updated yesterday and it’s not working at all. I called the customer service people in California and he was very nice but was told he could not get it fixed until Monday as he would have to contact Korea. I’m very disappointed as this was so my sons teenage friends could sing current songs and now they can’t get to it. Is there anyway this can be fixed before 10/31? Show more

Works great with the E5! Customer service is awesome. Submitted song requests and many of it was updated within 2 weeks-2 months. My only suggestion is implementing an alphabetical artist search list. 9.5/10 :) Show more

Truly a blessing in our home. Anytime we want to sit as a family we always had our magic sing. With our older system had to keep buying chips and use that skinny book. Now I just set up the iPad and we scroll through to find our song. Thanks magic sing. Hard to imagine how you can top this machine. Plus we can still sing from our phone. Show more

I downloaded this app on my ipad and i can say that it was built with quality music for karaoke. I wonder if it worka with apple tv? I hope i get a response from the developers Show more

While I appreciate that you can use the app to sing on iOS devices, I’d like just the ability to control my karaoke machine and NOT be prompted to log in at every launch or play the song on the device. Categorizing the songs would be a great help, i.e. sorting the NEW tab, grouping the song by artist, tempo, style, voice-guided, etc. Having and sorting by play counts (personal and worldwide) would also be great to show what songs we or many haven’t tried, as well as finding out who and what is the most popular. Overall, decent app with room for improvements. As for the hardware and service, I’m glad it’s been really expanded from the old days of the cartridges in the microphones. This new E5 was such an impressive upgrade from my previous ET19KV and ED-9000 and the original ET, I bought 4 years of subscription in advance. My last request is to have native TV / tvOS support. The BEST karaoke app in the planet!!! Period….

Needs a way to request songs to be added. There’s alot of songs that’s not on the online stream that is on other magic sing machines.

I used to go karaoki often in korea. ?? But now, everyone can't go to karaoki due to covid19 :( i didn't expect this machine is good as like store! I don't need to drive far away for sing and also you don't have to pay $20 for a hours to sing. just turn on the machine and singing on my cozy bed :) if you can't find your go to song just mail them then they're gonna try make your song that's it. I don't think it's expensive the pass pice. 전 한국에서 자주 노래방을 갔어요. 근데 이제 다들 노래방을 갈수 없는 시국이잖아요 :( 전 이 기계가 노래방가게만큼 좋다는 기대를 안했어요 진짜!! 근데 가성비 짱이에요 미국은 지하철이 없는 지역이 허다하고 차가 있어야만 어디든 갈수 있는 그런 나라여서 저처럼 운전을 할줄 모르거나 부탁하기 부담스럽고 매번 지불해야하는 노래방비 부담을 덜게 되었습니다 언제든지 제가 원할때 그냥 침대 위에서 부르면 돼요 :) 원하는 노래가 없다면 메일로 요청하고 기다리기만 하면 됩니다 거의 다 노래를 만들어주셔서 너무 좋아요 시간도 아끼고 1년 이용권 약 6만원이면 완전 이득이죠 (미국은 노래방값은 한시간에 2만원 입니다..) 저같이 노래 부르는거 좋아하는 사람한텐 추천합니다 제발 이거 모르는 사람 없게 해주세요 ㅠㅠ❤️❤️ Show more

Love the app feature. So much easier searching for a song rather than using a booklet. Also love how we can add up to 3 devices. Very easy to set up and very user friendly. Our parents who aren’t too tech savvy can set up on their own when they want to sing. I would give it 5 stars if they updated more frequently or had a song suggestion area where we can give some recommendations to add. Show more

I have the magic sing e5 model. I used to have an older model several years ago that I had to purchase all the song chips for. This new online catalog has been a game changer. I don’t have to lug and carry around all the different song books and all the song chips and change out the song chips to sing what I want. They are all very conveniently online. The “favorites” section also makes it easy for me to get to my go-to songs right away. Everyone at the party can either look at my phone or look at their own phones to get the catalog as opposed to having to pass around the multiple song books. Plus if I want a particular song, I don’t have to search through four or five different catalogs. I have even emailed them some of my special song requests to upload and within a few weeks they put it on the app! I would recommend this a thousand times over.
