The app works fairly well, there’s a couple of bugs when opening the app back up but it works fine to see where and where someone is. I wish the maps would load in like the first time I opened it and it had all the parking lots marked, streets named and all the stages and areas colored like the map they gave to you. Over all the app helped it wasn’t the best app I’ve seen but it did what was needed. Show more

The app was hard to use and felt incomplete. The paper schedule they hand you as you walk in was MUCH more useful. Looking at the timeline schedule was terrible. Pulled up bands I accidentally tapped. The list was almost as bad if you’re looking for a band lower in the alphabet. Have to scroll through. No way to jump to ahead. Show more

Poor scrolling, frequent crashing, bad UI....

Totally get putting as little money as possible into a festival app. However, seems like since this is an annual festival, it’d be worth it to make sure the app didn’t freeze and crash EVERY time a user opened it. QA testing is a thing. Look into it and give it a shot before next year. Show more

This app won’t even let me open it. Previous years worked so much better despite the bugs. Very disappointing!

I haven’t been able to get it open since arriving Thursday afternoon. Hoping that changes but happy to use good old paper in the meantime :)

Most of the time half of the buttons don’t even function, leading to you not even being able to view the schedule! Trash app. Go back to Aloompa.

App won’t even load after the latest update. Have no idea what’s going on anywhere while I’m here. Trash app. Not even worth the space it takes up on your phone. Last years version was a lot more useful and actually loaded without crashing over and over! ? Show more

Basic functionality is broken. Hopefully they have paper copies of the schedule available.

The app keeps locking up. Completely unusable.

The most recent update has broken the app. I even deleted it and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work.

It was stable until this update. Now that the festival has started, the app crashes on opening.

I updated and now the app is impossible to use. It’s just stuck on the home screen to buy tickets (which are sold out). The links don’t work. Im unable to select the hamburger menu in the top corner either. Really awful timing guys. Show more

Look you guys, this app is not going to help you get around Roo at all this year. I can’t even get the thing to open, let alone let me see all the activities and artists and whatever. The map feature alone is so overloaded with information it drains your battery and doesn’t actually do anything. Don’t waste your time. Just use the paper map instead—keep that thing as dry as possible—and you’ll be much better off. Show more

So great. I love that I can see my location on the map. Lineup is interactive and tells me all the info I need
