My music freezes it is delayed when I touch the screen. I don’t have this issue on iTunes? Also even after I download songs from apple music it has skipped those songs. Sometimes it works and then it doesn’t ? I love this app but..... Show more

I have been using this app for a while and it is constantly failing to play videos. I can’t even get through a workout!! It’s so frustrating!

This app keeps freezing on me and saying songs aren’t there when they are on my brand new IPod Touch. It freezes multiple times a day and logs me out all the time. When I type in my information to log in, it will say my password is incorrect when it’s not and then all of a sudden will work later on. Update 8.23.22: Developer has contacted me about how it’s optimal on phone to use. I use the brand new iPod touch so I can use my phone to record clips of my class. You can’t do that if you are using your phone to play music for class, hence the use of the iPod touch. Could we try to make it work for the iPod touch? Show more

Can no longer use this app even though it says iOS 12.0. I use my old iPad, which is at 12.5.5, and the app no longer works. Before I would’ve given it a 5 star rating. But it just dropped to a big fat ZERO! So disappointed as I was using it for all my Gold and Aqua classes. I can’t use my iPhone due to risk of damage around the pool. Show more

It does not work in tablet/iPad anymore.

As of last week it doesn’t work, even with the update. The 1.9.1 version does not work on my iPhone 5. Fix please!!!

While teaching lately some of the songs on my playlist are getting really soft where we can’t hear them then they come back on. My phone is set on silent and no calls are set to come through so that’s not what’s wrong. I’m not sure why this is happening. Show more

I absolutely love this app. I use it always for my classes. However now I’m unable to adjust volume settings of my songs. Was there an update that changed this? Please update the app to enable volume adjustment. Show more

When viewing any ZIN Volume, why is there no option to watch the entire release? It’s all segmented per song. When these release it would be nice to be able to press play and do the entire thing without having to exit the screen, scroll to the next track, and play the video. This is a very basic feature. Also, it’s quite irritating that once you are viewing the video and press the maximize screen button, the video pauses. Like...why? Any other streaming video platform will simply continue to play the video AS it maximizes the video to fit the device’s screen. This is another basic feature that I really hope is fixed. It would certainly make me reconsider my rating ;) Show more

Recently updated my iPhone software. App has been working fine since I updated; however, today in class the app stopped working when my lock screen came on. It‘s always worked on lock screen even after the most recent software update except today it decided not to. Had to change my settings so my screen wouldn’t lock. Show more

The music stops when my screen locks

I used to use the app daily with no issues but now it is useless. I was excited about the Apple Musuc interface I have had so many issues since it happened late last year. It stil does not work well with Apple Watch and the music controls never work correctly. Also I have had several classes just about ruined because the music stopped and I wa a unable to get it started. All the songs were downloaded and there should have been no reason for this. I have copied all my playlists over to Apple Music and will use that from now on. I will miss the crossfade and trim features in Zinplay but it’s now worth ruining my class. Show more

Very cool app. One fix it needs is when I rearrange songs on a playlist, I can’t do it on my iPhone SE nor SE 2. I can however rearrange songs on my iPad. So until it’s fixed I have to have my iPad nearby. Show more

I love that I can watch, and review choreo and set up my playlists. I think this app is fantastic. I use it all of the time.

Spending 40 a month on this and I can’t cast to my smart tv with google chrome cast. Used to do it just fine and now there is no option to do so. Very frustrating and disappointing Show more

Crap app that won't let me log in after repeated attempts, resetting password. I just gave up on it. Worked on website, but not app.

Won’t let me log in and I have my password and email correct. Ugh!
