I love the ZIN and Apple collab I’m sadden by the inconsistent transition between a ZIN song and an Apple song.. I was sooo embarrassed when I had to stop class to manually start the Apple song. Then during my cool down the Apple song cut off. I understand there are glitches, tech issues etc. but it’s EXTREMELY distracting and EXTREMELY embarrassing. PLEASE FIX PLEASE PLEASE.... Show more

I really loved this app before am the changes. Suddenly I get a notice I need to have a subscription to Apple Music to play songs I have purchased through the app. Isn’t that what I pay my zin membership for? It’s a marketing ploy and a money making scheme for sure. My songs constantly un-download and re-download. During class I have so many technical difficulties I’m about ready to cancel. Fix the glitches people. We pay enough as instructors not to have to deal with this nonsense. Show more

Over two weeks ago my app wouldn’t play any of my play lists. And I can’t access any of the music to put on an iTunes playlist. I’ve called and emailed Zumba and they haven’t helped me. Yes I have the updated 1.6.1 version. Show more

My Apple Watch 3 worked perfectly to control my zinplay app before this latest update. I could control the songs, pause them, skip to the next song, all from my watch. It’s one of the reasons I bought the watch, so that I could have that convenience. After the latest ZIN play app update, my watch no longer does that- it doesn’t even recognize when I play music through my ZIN play app. I am beyond frustrated about this and I don’t understand why this has happened. Are you working on a fix for this?it worked before the update, and I know I’m not the only person with this issue. Please fix this! Show more

This app always freezes on my iPhone. I have to turn my phone off and on to unfreeze it. This happens up to 5 times a day. Someone please fix this. Show more

I also LOVE this app, but since the Apple Music integration my phone doesn’t recognize that I’m using the app unless I unlock my phone. From a zumba instructor perspective, it’s a pain in the rear to have to unlock my phone each time I need to access the app to pause/rewind/adjust the volume. Because it doesn’t recognize it as playing music, I can’t sync it with my Fitbit either... urgh!!! PLEASE FIX this issue!! Show more

I used to LOVE this app before the newest update. Since it became compatible with Apple Music Whenever I open this app, Apple iTunes( I don’t subscribe Apple Music) automatically open and starts playing music immediately, so I have to turn off whatever playin on iTunes before start playing the music on ZIN play. It’s very annoying. Also I used to be able to control ZIN play with Apple car play I had a choice to play music on iTunes or ZIN play so I can control ZIN play on the screen in my car. However, since this newest update, iTunes is the only music app I can control on my car screen.. ZIN play is my main music app using it everyday and newest update made me so frustrated!! Especially the things I could do it with old one can’t do it anymore and instead all the new features cause just only trouble for me and I am not going to use Apple Music because it’s not reliable, I don’t want to lose my ripped music!! They seriously need to work on solve these issues!! Show more

The app has not worked with my apple watch 3 since the last update. Have been waiting since December 2019. The only reason I got an apple watch was to change songs and adjust volume during class. If i have to wait six weeks or more every time there’s an update I’ll go back to using itunes. Show more

This update has caused more issues than improvements. I can no longer control music from my Apple Watch, the home screen on my phone, or the Bluetooth controls in the car. This makes it far less user friendly and has been frustrating when trying to control the playlist during class. Show more

This app used to work with my series 3 Apple Watch and it was very helpful during a class to change songs and adjust volume. What can be done so that will work again. It was so helpful. Show more

Love this app to play my fitness routine but just wish I could edit Apple Music like I can edit Zumba music. It would make music selection so much easier to put a clap sound or erase /with some other sound effect over the bad words and to speed up or slow down a song. I would also love to splice together 4 or more parts of songs to create a warm up from my Zumba and Apple Music. Also if you mix some Zumba songs and place on airplane mode you cannot play your entire track. Please fix this!!! WiFi sometimes is not reliable in the gyms! Show more

Up until this past week I was able to use the music controls on my Fitbit Versa with this app and now it no longer works. Even with the app playing my watch doesn’t recognize it. Like the Apple Watch user, a big perk of that function is belong able to be in the middle of class and control volume/tracks. Show more

Love the Ap, but I got an updated Apple Watch for Christmas & it won’t download to my new watch!! Why?

Really need this app to be compatible with my generation 2 Apple Watch!! I love everything else about this, so once this is fixed it will be perfect. Echoing off of another review I just read, it would just make everything seamless in class. Show more

Apple series 1 no longer recognizes the app so i can no longer adjust the volume from my watch. Please fix it. Sync works perfect but not Zin. So sad. Show more

Please fix the bugs so it will work with Watch again

The only problem is that I can not cast to my t.v., In order to learn the choreography, I need to be able to see the choreography and it’s hard to do on a tiny phone screen. Help. Show more
