    Sound only out of one side!!
    Sound only out of one side!! So frustrating especially when your in the middle of running ugggg!! This shouldn’t happen with $300 earbuds. I tried reinstalling the app and it works for a little while then stops again. Show more

    New User
    I am new to the B&O sound product. Though I have been aware of the brand for decades. The portable speaker is my first purchase within this brand. So far, I am impressed with the product. I have compared it directly with other Top Name Brands in the same category. The App feature is a bonus. Designers have put much thought into how an audiophile would use they’re product. ? Show more

    Sound keeps cutting off
    Quality of sound is amazing, but it keeps in loosing connectivity

    Bad software
    This is an ongoing issue with Bang and Olufsen. Poor software in an otherwise phenomenal speakers. Really disappointing.

    update killed my essence mkIIs
    I have a house filled with B&O products. The recent firmware update killed the wifi on all of my essence mk2 units. To test my theroy, I had an older unit storage and I swapped it out and when the software updated wifi doesn’t work anymore. (ethernet works) The Beosound 2/ edge/ cores/ all work fine. Now I cannot use my beolab 9s anymore. No local dealers around me so you are on your own… Not happy :( Show more

    Battery life is only half what is advertised.
    I hate that I only get half the advertised battery life because it only ever charges to %80 and it starts beeping annoyingly at %30. Please add option to turn off these useless battery life extending behaviors. I’m going to replace my headphones because of physical wear long before the battery is performing at worse that %50. That feature is nothing but annoying and my next headphones won’t be from Bang Olufsen if you don’t let me turn off this annoying mis-feature. Show more

    Every other brand needs to take a page from B&O’s 24/7 Customer Support
    You speak with a LIVE human, mind you after they’ve provided the corresponding phone number for your country’s Customer Support. Note that I said, “They provided.” Not, you had to “Google”, or “Google’s Customer Support Number.” Haha! Anyway, it’s 4 AM in Miami, FL, and the customer support representative answered after about a 1-minute hold. His attitude and demeanor were surprisingly inviting and comforting. After gathering some info for his notes for the incident report, he helped troubleshoot the device (P2) - most likely out of Warranty anyway. Needless to say, I’m beyond impressed and hope B&O keep this kind of bespoke touch on their customer service lines. Show more

    Beoplay EX
    Please release a software update to raise the volume of the beoplay ex earbuds. I have several other earbuds that are significantly louder at just 30% volume.

    DISASTER
    A complex and horrible system. As user of Spotify I can't add multiple rooms using Spotify. I have to use the B&o app making the experience below par. The rooms don't connect. Sometimes I can't even group if one speaker isn't connected. The system sometimes doesn't even "see" my speakers. Summary. Beautiful speakers. Crappy system. Show more

    Louder please.
    These are world class speakers but They don’t seem to pump out much volume Might be just my piece. Let me know if you’d had other people say this. They are infinitely clear. Clear pure and crisper than any other device such as this But my JBL puts your product to shame for about $80 less. David A Lundholm. USA. Show more

    NO FUNCIONA
    La actualización de esta app es muy deficiente y lenta. No logra conectar 2 Beosound A1 2bd Gen. Marca error. Antes lo hacía, ya no lo hace. Lamentable
