Definitely a great transition from Logic on Mac to music creation on iPad Pro. Only thing it seems to be missing is further integration with the Magic Keyboard. Like scrolling left and right with the trackpad, two finger click in spots for faster editing, and using the keyboard as an instrument input. But loving it so far! Keep it up. Show more

Everytime I use it it freezes and changes the sample rate to my vocals to lesser quality it’s sad cuz I actually paid for wave tunes as well sad that you treat your customers like that Show more

Hello, When importing a midi file, it seems that the midi data indicating the overall tempo are disregarded. For example I have one midi file with different tempo signatures at different parts but all the parts of the file play at the same (wrong) speed. On my PC’s daw the different parts of the same midi file are played at the correct speed. If there is any option that enables the parsing of this data please let me know. If this not supported please also let me know. Hopefully it can implemented in next releases. Note that tempo data are important for any music composition and I know that it can be manually changed in this app (that is not what I need). Thank you in advance for you answer. Show more

Honestly, this app is really awesome! I don't have a laptop right now and I missed using Logic Pro, so I finally decided to try this app out and it is amazing. I'm glad this app exists and brings advanced features to mobile. I'm loving the results. I would like to change pitch on audio files more than one octave though... but that's a small request. I am NOT a tech savvy person but I’ll have to say I took to this app like a duck takes to water! I’ve created 4 or 5 CDs with Cubasis 3 and each time they keep getting better and better. I continually learn new things this app/program can do! I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a DAW! Show more

unable to find how to eq individual drum samples rather than the whole kit, UI is great but has a huge learning curve. the original cubase daw on PC seems easier to learn from new than the mobile version. either way this puts the other mobile daws to bed. Show more

Missing the ability to route group busses to a mix bus before the master stereo output, or to route the output of group tracks to the input other group tracks. Would love to see a mini arranger mode in this app too. Otherwise this is 100 percent the best DAW on ipad! Show more

It is very much functional for multi tracking and I prefer it to GarageBand. Bluetooth transport control is awesome and so is Bluetooth keyboard support. You only need to wire the audio interface. Editing can be tedious at times, but the touch interface is more of a limitation than design when compared to keyboard/mouse interfaces. Feeding GB drummer on a track would make this a killer setup! I was one of the early adopters and supporters of this version of Cubasis back when it wasn't quite what it had the potential to be, and then went into the desktop DAW world to be more "professional" lol. So happy to put some attention back into this the past two months and find that it has become very stable and mature. This is my favorite app for sitting down with actual sheet music and transcribing it into the piano roll. My only request at this point is if they could get Waves to do an L2 iap too. Show more

We desperately need a true sampler or an easy way to import files to the pads….. also, we need a fix for the Apple three dots at the top in the middle of the screen, which gets in the way of the play button Show more

This would be a 5 star app. But as a retired audio engineer I am baffled by the inability toDo punches. This is a bread and butter feature of a MultiTrack interface that dates back to the years of reel to reel audio, and is an essential process in any recording session. Of course on forums there some suggested workarounds. But they are clumsy and problematic- introducing other issues and defeating the simplicity of the simple punch in function. I really don’t understand how an app can be so good and so complete lack this functionality. How could you guys possibly have left this out??? Show more

Cubase on iPad? NO ,constant in app purchases in your face money grab and Cubase doesn’t port well to iPad at all .Apple declined refund so I canceled 2 apple subscriptions I don’t used. Show more

I have had Cubasis for years and I have enjoyed watching it grow into an even more fantastic application. On my iPad Pro it is a thing of awe and wonder. It is so powerful and it does so much. I learn something new almost daily. Originally I never came close to what Cubasis was capable of doing. As a guitarist, Cubasis was a great way to lay down a few fast tracks. Jam Origin Midi Guitar opened the door to being able to play soft synths with a guitar. Cubasis allows me to multi track to my hearts delight. There has never been a more exciting time to work with sound. I can carry my music studio with me wherever ever the muse takes me. Cubasis 3 nearly explodes with potential. I have a lot to learn which is actually very exciting. Cubasis has brought many things together l have been working on for awhile. It’s like getting the sonic circus under one tent. Carl R. I am really getting so much music accomplished using this amazing app. It sounds amazing too.

For $50… and to have with me on the go at all times, I am totally happy with how easy it is to edit, record… the app doesn’t get any easier to use truthfully. Show more
