    Rehearsal Track downgrade
    What happened to Rehearsal Track?? Can’t change parts anymore, no album art. Seems features are going backwards. This cost $20 a month!

    Crashes
    I have never been able to use it. It crashes as it opens.

    App crash on start
    The app will not open at all. I’ve tried restarting it, uninstalling and reinstalling it. It works on my other devices. I don’t understand

    Subscription issues
    I'm subsribed and it won't let me unlock a chart, it says to subscribe, so when I hit subscribe, it says I'm already subscribed ....

    I like the features but...
    I like the features to change keys and add capo and all that buuuuuut. Would be nice to be able to listen to the song and separate parts as well like on the website. Would def give this 5 stars if that were possible. Update: so cool to actually be heard from the developer. Up one star! ? Show more

    Great, annotation ability needed
    This is fantastic, however it would be more useful with the ability to annotate.

    Update created new bug?
    The app was working great until the new update. I try to open that app but it just closes out immediately. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it did not work. I also tried restarting the iPad, it worked the first time I ran it and when I exited the app and tried to use it again it goes back to just closing out immediately. It would be great if the app would work because we use it Sundays for our worship ministry. Show more

    No PDF download!?
    Multitracks.com is resourcing the church in a big way and doing awesome things! However, the fact you can’t download charts is an odd feature not to offer. I get they’re just trying to make money and charge 2 bucks per song to download charts. If Chartbuilder was compatible with 3rd party software and more versatile it would be worth the 100 bucks a year, if not more! They’re forcing you to spend 2 bucks a song to download charts so that you can upload it to a 3rd party software. Not worth the money you pay for this! Hope they figure it out! ?? Show more

    So reliable!
    Love using this app every time I lead worship!! The chords always match the original song and I really like how customizable and user friendly it is. Super excited to see future updates and how they plan to make it even better! Show more

    Not enough customization.
    It’s good. Just wish we can customize our charts like we can customize our tracks on playback.
