Lost purchase and never received response from Sacred Acoustics!

You’ll notice that there are some people complaining about the app crashing. I had the same problem, and so I left the Sacred Acoustics people a nasty little message. About 20-30 minutes later, they actually called me (I left my phone number) and explained that there had been a problem but that it was fixed. So, with the app developer on the phone with me, I deleted my app and opened up a new one. Final Result: Everything is back to normal, and I have full use of my meditations. They really are very cool. Once you re-open the new app, go to settings (at the bottom) and choose the option for resetting your purchases - really simple. Then go to the meditations page and you’ll be able to re-download any of your past purchases. Can’t wait to use the Om 2 tonight! Maybe I won’t be so uptight, afterwards! Show more

More often than not, the app crashes when I want to access my downloads. It is very frustrating. I even checked to see if there are any updates to the app, there aren’t any updates to fix the current issue. Show more

Wonderful programs

I’ve been using this app everyday. I love the guided option that is not intrusive and the variety.. Even my 7 year old asks me to play a track at night as she is drifting off to sleep. I also love listening while nature walking. This app has taken my practice to the next level. They’re also very responsive if there is a technical glitch. Show more

I have had zero issues with the app and it is my preferred way to experience Sacred Acoustics. I have been a customer for almost 5 years (and since that time have almost every meditation) & continue to have wonderful/profound meditations. It has also helped me when I experience anxiety. It was great while it lasted. Now all it does is crash. This has been an issue for a couple of months now.

I feel so relaxed and peaceful when I listen to these meditations. I like that we have the option of muting the voice and turning the chime at the end on or off. It’s most effective to listen with earbuds or headphones. The free demo is great. I also really love Crystal Portal and Whole Theta. Show more

I purchased 3 or 4 of these meditations and now the app doesn’t even open to access them. I contacted them and they responded to one email saying they would address the problem but then they stopped responding to my emails and that is that I guess. Don’t waste your money. They should give me mine back. Show more

Late January 2018 Update and it still crashes. Difficult to review a non working app.

Really relaxing. I particularly like the ability to mute or lower the volume of the vocal track. Looping the track to achieve the desired length is also a plus. I always come out feeling better than i went in. A good pair of over the ear headphones help. I’ve practiced yoga and meditation for 18 years and Sacred Acoustics is a good addition to my practice. I was going to buy my second track. I can't even open the app. It keeps crashing. This made me realize that the only way to listen to what I paid for is via an app with poor support. I'm glad I only paid for one cheap track. And I'm REALLY glad I didn't pay for the big $60 package one! I will never buy another track. Show more

Crashes every time I try to open it.

The recent update was rather ineffective. It crashes every time I open it. Might want to fix it!

After spending nearly $70 on acoustic tracks, (which by the way are excellent) the updated app crashes every time I open it. Since the downloaded tracks can only be heard via app, it appears I am screwed. The product is great, but they really need to hire an app developer that knows what they are doing. I can’t even open the app to access the support feature. Infuriating! Show more

I bought two apps and after unsuccessfully downloading my purchase twice, the app seemed to download but closes now without playing EVERY TIME I try to play the downloads. They stole my $ without giving me anything in return. BEWARE. Show more
