I have two daughters, ages 7 & 11. At bedtime, after we read them a story or two, we let them listen to audiobooks as they are going to sleep. Suffice it to say it adds up when you’re regularly buying Audible audiobooks, particularly because children’s stories are much shorter. Pinna solves this problem by having lots of great content for a fixed price! I would note that my 11 year old has run through most of the content for her age. My understanding though is that Pinna is continuously working on adding new content. Definitely an app worth checking out if you want to consistently foster a love of reading in your child! I love using this app while we are driving and also while dong craft projects. The children are 5 & 7, so a great age to listen together. They each get a chance to pick their favs. I know they also listen during quiet time. Thank you for this amazing, amusing and interesting audio service. It was well worth getting the app to listen to Mars Patel however......! There is no ability to download in order to listen offline. That’s a big bummer when road tripping where there’s no signal. I might listen a little more for my younger son but I don’t think I’ll keep it. Show more

I am a nanny and drive my girls to school and activities for several hours every week. This app is saving my sanity! The audio books keep their minds engaged and the fighting/arguing/bickering to almost zero. We are loving the variety of stories and the joke of the day on Hill-Larry-Us is definitely a favorite. My almost 5 year old daughter loves Pinna! There is so much good content and the app is easy for her to navigate herself. There are some really great original audio shows including Molly and the Sugar Monster and Extrablurt Jr. an audio game show. I definitely prefer this over all the video streaming apps because it makes your kids use their imagination. There is a ton of content new and old. Can’t recommend this service enough! Show more

Can’t imagine getting through summer without Pinna. Perfect companion for drives, weekends and promoting active listening. I’m a hit with the carpool.

Grandkids love it! We play it at home and it it’s totally engaging!

I have really enjoyed the podcast the most. The books have been ok. My daughter loves Halloween and anything that goes with it but when I search key words I don’t find anything. She also loves trucks planes and other vehicles and searching by key words hasn’t brought us anything. It would also be awesome to add a playlist section because I try different things all the time but we have a bunch of favs. Show more
