This is the worst way imaginable to experience music. It removes every advantage of a digital media player much less a smartphone. Don’t buy one of these screwy albums, especially if you don’t have a lightning to headphone adapter. Even when it works, you can’t hear the music because you have the album connected to the headphone port and it won’t let you switch to another output like BT headphones. Apple should ban this app from the App Store and force the company to give back our money. In a prefect example of how out of touch this developer is, instead of addressing the obvious design issues with this system, they cut-and-paste the instructions again as if I’m just unable to follow basic instructions. I got the X1 Boxing and I tried connecting to it and it said it couldn’t find and I tried it many times, I still like that album and photos but I’m very sad that it doesn’t work Show more

I have an iPhone 7, and I got the Red Velvet Zimzalabim kihno. I was so excited to use it, I followed all the videos and instructions but it still won’t download. I don’t think the kihno fits inside of my iPhone. I don’t think it has anything to do with the app, I just want to know if it works for iPhone 7? Show more

Clumsy and complete waste of time...

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. This app is supposed to be available on Smart TVs, yet it is nowhere to be found on my Samsung. Trying to cast from the app to my laptop is so laggy, I can barely watch one minute of the concert without it needing to buffer, even if I download the video first. The audio kihno is just as bad. You have to have the thing plugged in at all times to even be able to listen to the music. What exactly is the point of that?? I don’t see how this is any better than a DVD or a CD, it’s actually LESS convenient. I would not recommend this app or the product that goes with it. Save your money. Show more

i tried watching my wanna one kihno but it won’t let me watch it and it won’t let me do anything else. please fix this update: not working at all

I have to use an adapter since i have an iPhone 7, I’ve followed the video tutorials, yet it still won’t let the content show? What is going on?

If you need the kihno kit connected for whenever you want to listen, even after a 25 min download... we’ll, that’s just silly.

It works fine but with one of the Kihno albums I have, everytime I plug it in it says cant find the kihno kit. Why is that?

everytime I plug it in the app crashes or it will say "error" and not download.

It keeps on erroring and won’t download the kihno muzkit plugin i watched the youtube instructions and even tried getting the lightning to headphone jack adapter, tried changing battery too :( Show more

I thought it was really cool but there are also a lot of cons. For example, even though you installed the kihno kit, you cant freely listen to the album because if you exit out the app, you’ll have to connect the kihno kit again. At first, I thought that when you finally completed installing the kihno kit, you can just listen to the album whenever you want but whenever you exit the app, you’ll have to connect again if you want to listen to the album. Also, you cant connect with multiple devices. If you connect with a different device then it’ll automatically disconnect you from one of the other device. Show more
