What’s going on with the app?

I waited 2 days for nothing. I thought you could create music on this. This is dumb.

Love this app and the concept but there’s some big fixes that should be made instantly that could do a lot of good, instead of all these beta features you’re putting time into. All artists want is better time frames for the graphs. The options shouldn’t only be since 2015 or 28 days. That is SUCH a big jump it’s literally moronic. We want to have this graph be customizable or at least have more options. We also want to see how many saves we got along side streams, followers and listeners. Should be a no brainer. Right now the artists can’t see what they need to at all. Show more

I got kicked from my account and it wont let me back in

This is an Incredible app. I am a musician and I’ve been using Spotify for artists, to see my stats for the last year and a half. I am absolutely in love with this app and the way it functions. I give it 5 stars. ? Show more

Been trying for literally 2 years to upload an avatar picture and it just never updates. I had to settle for another picture that I’m not happy with. Yes, I’ve resized the image to the appropriate dimensions, but nothing. This app has caused endless frustration for me and I’ve kept hope that maybe an update one day would fix it but nothing of course. Stats are far from accurate as well. I don’t see how a company like Spotify can stand behind something so blatantly useless. It’s a big middle finger to artists that they refuse to fix any of these bugs. Show more

But, there's obvious flaws such as the inability to add your social media links from the app, the ability to add a header, and the snail's pace that it takes for my avatar image to get updated. The rest of my profile updates within minutes, and the avatar image uploads, but doesn't show up at the top of my Spotify profile. It still hasn't! Show more

I have updated, deleted installed again several times, I log in after a few days I open the app and I am logged off. Its highly annoying just keep me logged in jeez. Show more

I had used this app for awhile now liking it very much. Until I woke up this morning and am experiencing trouble logging in which is unusual. I switched my password using the same email I had been using, but it logs me into something else, and asks if the account is correct, but doesn’t give me an option to say, “no this isn’t correct.” I am pretty frustrated and nothing I look up to log into my actual account is helpful. It was running good then all of a sudden it logged me out and as soon as I logged back in it told me to claim a artist and I use the the same account that had already claimed an artist, I don’t know why it did this but I hope it doesn’t mess with my upcoming releases Show more

As other people have said, there’s not much you can do aside from edit bios and profile pictures. The “stream” counts aren’t accurate or updated regularly (I know this by logging onto a separate Spotify account and looking at my profile), the playlists you’re on are only updated every 28 days, the app glitches frequently, and even when I know for a fact the song is being streamed it doesn’t show up in the app. It’s immensely frustrating, I really never right reviews unless I practically hate something and no offense, but I hate this app Show more

It doesn’t bring out sign up just bring out login and I haven’t registered on it before

I love it, even tho I’m not any artist. It lets me do my stuff so yeah.
