Not impressed! Support has not responded to my email. Difficult to add music- should be more user friendly!!

This app doesn’t let you share or send out the music. I need this music on a cd because we are performing at an event that only takes cds. I am also unable to get the videos on my app. I have literally contacted everyone from UCA and varsity that could help and had no luck. Beyond frustrating. Show more

Why give the option to share if it just takes you to some sketchy website?! I need to be able to send this to my cheerleaders and it’s impossible. You send it and it’s a link To some sketchy website. 20.00 down the drain. Show more

App will not open at all iphone7 so I have zero access to my camp music now. Please fix ASAP!!!!

The app is great for downloading the 2018 UCA camp material to my phone for my use, but it will not let me airdrop or email to my cheerleaders. What use is it, if we can’t share with our squad so that they can practice at home or learn any of the material not taught at camp. Beyond FRUSTRATED!! Show more

Has anyone had any luck getting the Varsity videos from this? Varsity keeps telling us they are in the app, but we can not find them. We are able to get the music, but what about all the videos. Show more

This app is horrible! It is near impossible to actually download the $20 album I bought from cheer camp. Then the album that I bought last year now only allows me to listen to previews even though I have already downloaded the album multiple times (which was excruciatingly painful).Varsity figure out a new way for us to get the music. It just takes u straight to LOG IN not sign in like log in is when u have already have the app and u sign back in it does not make sense cause I have never had an account and there is so such thing of a sign in I can’t even get in Show more

The music is almost impossible to download. The app also allows for viewing videos, but there isn’t an option to share videos or download them onto your device. It doesn’t help if I’m the only one who can see the video. You can only redeem the code once..so if someone wanted to download the app and view the same content you couldn’t. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Show more

Every time I try to download a album it says connect to WiFi but I am connected to WiFi so I thought if I uninstalled and installed again it work but I was wrong. Can you please fix this? Show more

This app won’t even work. It just keeps spinning and spinning and won’t load anything!

This app only lets me view the previews of songs once they are downloaded to my iPad/iPhone/laptop. I do not know why Varsity uses this app when there are so many problems Show more

I downloaded it like 3 times already hoping that it would update but every time I tap on the app it takes me right out every time. Please fix this

This app is so bad it won’t even let you sign up

I downloaded and opened it once. Every time I open it afterwards, it crashes. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. Nothing works.

I’ve tried so many times,how do u create an account? It only shows the login not create an account...I’m so confused

UCA and USA need to stop promoting this terrible app. It is beyond difficult to get albums onto the app. I did finally get it to work and was using it a few weeks ago. Now, even with the update, the app just crashes every time I open it. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and still it won’t open. The few times I’ve gotten the app to open, my albums are missing and/or it says it cannot work without WiFi (which I have on). Sounds now, music needed for our cheer team is lost in the interspace. Crashes too much. Won’t open sometimes. Only benefit is that it still functions without cellular data/WiFi

i downloaded this app and i've tried everything but nothing will come up. the screen is blank and no song choices are on there.
