    Wonderful app!
My favorite tool for when I’m feeling uninspired. Great for subway songwriting!!

    Am I missing something?
Soooo please tell me if I’m just not using it right, but this isn’t the most diverse app in the world re: rhythm. There don’t seem to be options for changing strumming patterns for guitar, all down strokes on the beat and you can only add two chords to a measure via the split tool. If you’re trying to do anything beyond generating chord tabs, this ain’t the one. I wish it was, but I was hoping for something more like a portable DAW and less like an ultimate tabs . com generator. Again- PLEASE tell me if I’m just missing something. I’ve watched some tutorials and seem to have hit the bottom of this app rather quickly. Show more

Can’t play along with chords in practice mode
So I purchased this because it has shows the ability to practice scales and modes against chords. But the chords can’t sustain. You literally have to tap the chord with your finger to hear it. And it holds for about 2 seconds. This is basically a useless feature to me if I cannot play along to the chords. And it’s the only reason I bought the app. Show more

    Pretty amazing
My only thing is i wish there was an option for a fully custom chord. Also is there a way to get an extended sus2 chord for example. Gmaj7sus2

    Not worth it
The interface is very slow and difficult to work with.

    Great!
Love having 80 plus scales in my pocket! The only thing I’d like to see is clickable notes on the guitar scale page with sound bites like the piano. Also, me being a simpleton, I’d like to see each scale shape individually instead of just all shapes on the fretboard (maybe in a separate menu). Not a big deal but seeing notes on the first fret confuse my poor brain ?. Regardless, incredible work put into this app!! Show more

Poor privacy **UPDATED** worse than I thought
UPDATE 5/5/21: A closer look into their data policies reveals that they provide our personal data to at least 3 other companies, each with their OWN privacy policies. Once again, kudos to Apple for forcing companies to reveal this in a way most of us can understand. The following is from the app privacy policy where they tell you where your private data is being sent. “Facebook Analytics for Apps: Personal Data: Usage Data; various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service Facebook Lookalike Audience: Personal Data: Cookies; Usage Data TestFlight: Personal Data: device logs; email address Sentry: Personal Data: various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.” When I purchase a product, I expect to get and use the product without it being a spy inserted into my life. I’m deleting this app, and would never have purchased it if they had disclosed it was spyware at the time I purchased it. Kudos to Apple for requiring these folks to disclose their data collection policies. Show more

    Almost perfect
This had midi io (midi in to receive tempo) and a latch mode it would be a whole new level. In It’s current form It’s a nice companion tool but to trigger other instruments would make it a production dream come true. It could turn into a reverse chord lookup tool this way as well. Show more
