App is very misleading. There is no music on Dish Music. I don’t need an app to play a music source on my TV I have Bluetooth speakers for that. This app would be better if it made music stations mobile. Show more

The app will not connect, after choosing several play sources, they all (Apple Music, Pandora, IHeart Radio. They connect to the play source and the small spiral wheel just keeps turning until it times out. Show more

Keeps saying ‘file not supported’, doesn’t access my playlists, crashes; all of my music files are Apple Music. If it has this much problems start over.

Where’s the Spotify!???

What's the point in having this app if I can't use it in my car??!!... Right off the bat it said connect to wifi!!... That's just absolutely STUPID considering I'm sitting right in front of my tv... I can just tune in on my tv... DUH!!.. STUPID STUPID STUPID!!! Get with the times DISH... If a person has internet on a device .. Then they should be able to use this app... WITHOUT WIFI!!!... Found Dish music service randomly on our DVR menu. Turned it on and downloaded the app, it streams perfectly from our TV. At least for the last 30 minutes. We use our Dish box and TV to listen to music quite a bit, so it’s a welcome convenience! Show more

This must be one of the worst apps I have ever seen. Shame on Dish for partnering with a company that doesn't understand UX. The Dish Customer Success couldn't help and no one answers the phone at DTS, Inc. Apple, please ban this app! Show more

If you use Apple Music don’t bother downloading.

It stops playing and it’s heck trying to get it to work again... installing/uninstalling continually.

Crashes every time

WOW!!!! What a surprise!!!! I love this app. This thing does everything I wanted. I played and controlled my Family Room 'speakers' and was able to get to my Sirius XM stations, my extensive Apple Music collection with all of my playlists; my Amazon music and all of my playlists; all of my music on my various DLNA servers!!!! Since my Hopper is wired through my Denon receiver, the sound is fantastic. Great job Dish. Show more

I love the app but why does it not let me play music from my Apple playlist just because I have Apple Music .

BRUH I've been with dish for as far as I think back what if we don't have the play-Fi garbage why not BLUETOOTH I'm not spending any more money on some USELESS product! Show more

I love the idea of this app. However, even though it does have the list icon, it doesn't play lists. And I really don't want to listen to all my songs alphabetically. It also will not let me control the volume through my phone. Show more

Ok I can play music wherever I have a joey or hopper connected to a wifi network. From an iPhone it can only play songs but playlists are not recognized why? To use Spotify you can only use the airplay function. Why can you have an icon like pandora to acces your music? There is no easy way to go back into the previous menu. Audio on joey cuts off after 2 seconds every time.

Great app, allows me to control music in any of my rooms that have Dish receivers with ease.
