This up hasn’t been updated in 3 years!? Lots of bugs that make my speakers nearly useless. Last week Alexa stopped working on both of my speakers and i have not been able to get it back to work, even worse, now i can’t even connect to wifi! Please fix bugs!!! Show more

Took a minute for the speaker to pop up in accessories but it connected successfully.

I hate this app so much I’m selling my 2 UE speakers and never using UE in my life. The amount of time it takes to connect TWO speakers is genuinely insane - the connection drops entirely and I need to turn on & off the speakers until they both decide to link up after about 14 songs having played waiting for a “Party” connecting. JFC I wish I could rate you 0 stars I’m so angry. Show more

Trying to connect speakers and pairing them together is next to impossible. Then once they are paired finally, they have issues with playback and will fail. Then we try to connect again, the settings are forgotten and you have to do everything all over again. It’s basically useless. Show more

perfect companion speaker for road trips.

The avg time elapsed from deciding hey id like to listen to something in stereo and actually have both speakers issue a stereo signal is at least 5 minutes. At least half the time it involves hard reset of iphone or speakers or both and endless spins of speaker searches that never complete connections. Show more

Just upgraded to an iPhone 13 pro max and the app wont download. It says the app is not compatible with this phone.

Speaker no longer works for Alexa for more than 5 minutes if I power off and power back up Alexa again will work for 5 minutes then the app says Alexa is signed in - not connected. Been working with support for weeks over this, they refuse to acknowledge its a bug and tell me to use the speaker in Bluetooth mode. I didn’t buy an Alexa enabled speaker to use it it Bluetooth mode all the time. Terrible support, terrible company. Show more

The fact that I have to use a wi fi signal to download any updates is complete trash. I’m currently in a hotel that has terrible wi-fi and the Megablast speaker I have won’t charge. I had to do a factory reset and the speaker is about to die and I have no way of downloading updates that might fix the issue. JBL is ten times the company and products than that of Ultimate Ears. Hello, this is a great app but I’m unable to use my speaker now because the app is not compatible with IPhone 13… can this be resolved asap please?

Have 4 Megablasts.. will not buy another.. sound is good.. app is awful and works randomly.. at the moment 3/4 connected to app.. difficulty connecting some to Alexa as well:/ so frustrating.. also despite naming the speakers, when you try to pair teo you don’t see the name so have to guess:/ do the folks At ue own and use their own equipment!? I bought a Megablast speaker and man do I wish I didn’t. The sound quality is excellent and it worked well at first, but now it just has endless issues like not connecting to WiFi, not playing when connected, not charging on the wireless dock, Alexa not working, and countless others. The App is just as bad as the speaker, do not buy from them and if you already have, return it before it’s too late. Show more

Not compatible with the wonder boom 1 or 2

After years of flawless listening pleasure nothing but connection problems can’t get them both to play as a groupe only one will work. Even Help desk couldn’t get them to connect. Will be driving over both speakers as they are no good as a speaker will use them as wheel chocks. F off Logitech Show more

It’s sad to say this but, if your going to be too cheap to hire some good developers at least make the speaker’s ability to connect to different devices easier. This app is horrible and it doesn’t work. Whether you have one or two speakers it doesn’t work. If you have two phones on two different platforms, the app is still buggy and it’s abnormal crashes mess up the speaker’s potential. Show more

Love the grouping feature and the stereo feature with level control. Speakers sound good overall but need a bit more bass for my taste. I do have frequent issues with the two speakers syncing up and it’s very frustrating!! UE, please fix this problem ASAP!! Show more

Had a Megablast for over a year and it had been great. Just bought a second one to stereo pair, and the consistency is HORRIBLE! One speaker is constantly dropping out, stereo pairing is not reliable. Show more
