But it has so many bugs man, it really needs help in the development process, hoping they get the help they need to tune this app to perfection.

App continues to crash after opening making me sign in repeatedly .

I’ve used this app for 4 years since it’s release, I’m a huge Joyner fan and I instantly liked it better than writing on notes. Over the years the only problems I’ve had is that it messed up the formatting of my songs a few times. I’ve lost a couple projects that just disappeared. And sometimes it gets a little glitchy. But I overlooked them because I love the app and it’s good at what it does. But lately it’s so stressful to work here and have gone back to notes because I write and it crashes then I open it again and have to rewrite a couple lines. No big deal but then it starts happening too much it happens as much as 7 times in a minute till I lose my vibe and have to stop. I can’t take a minute to write one line it completely locks me out of my groove and that’s detrimental to an artist please fix this. By the way it’s not just 7 times it’s happened to me It’s crashed 20+ times and it’s me just trying to finish what’s in my head. 20 crashes for a couple lines is so annoying. Show more

I used this app religiously for over a year without a single issue. Then all of a sudden...after writing more than a dozen songs and at least 15 more unfinished projects, the app claims to have an update. I perform the update, log back in and my profile was empty. Zero files. Zero lyrics. I reached out to customer service. 1 week later, they finally respond and ask me for any possible screen names or email addresses associated. I reply. Another week later they reply and say they didn’t find anything...and asked me if I was sure those were the correct potential emails/screen names ?. They said it must be my mistake...because I must have started a new profile when I updated the app...I did not. This is hours and hours of material lost...this has now been more than 2.5 months and still going. Can I please get a response that isn’t just the canned “please email customer support and they will help you” response...I’ve done that half a dozen times and it’s a waste of my time. Show more

App is great but for the past few days it’s been unusable because it crashes when I open the app. On top of that, when it doesn’t crash, any lyrics I write and some previous lyrics get deleted when it does eventually crash after about 10 seconds. Show more

Tully is a great notes app for artists to write lyrics in. One of my favorite Tully features is that the screen stays on with out you touching it every 30 seconds. This is very convenient when recording because takes can be ruined if you have to try and unlock your phone during a performance. I’m not sure of the technology but I do know that this feature drains my battery and makes my phone heat up. Which is weird cause video players have a similar feature but I think it’s only when playing the video or your phone stays on because it’s triggered an ongoing input. I think if they tuned this little feature to keep battery health unaffected by its use and built more onto some of the other features, adding a little more organization and customization then TULLY would be an easy 5. If this battery problem becomes more popular please don’t ever remove the non shut off function. It isn’t flashy but it’s easily the best part about the app. Show more

I made a song and it autosaved and then like 2 weeks later it disappeared completely and now the app keeps closing every 2 mins. I told friends about this app and now i will have to tell them this. Really enjoyed it at first until the app started freaking out. Hopefully you guys fix it in a week or will have to uninstall Show more

The App is good for recording and writing your songs. But this app closes way too often to when you have to go back and write and record again because you lost some work. Show more

I wrote multiple songs on this app. Now that I’m ready to go to a studio the app won’t open.

i’ve used tully on 2 different phones both an iphone and an android and both phones this app crashes every 5-20 minutes, it’s got some great features like the makeshift rhyme zone thing in it and some free beats but you can’t produce on the app, there’s better apps and software at the same price of this app, and i wanted to support this app Show more

I’ve been writing music on here after seeing that various artists made songs with this app and I have an iPhone XR and for some reason the app keeps crashing . I’ve Been trying to finish a song for probably the past 7 minutes and every single time I get to the line I want to write it crashes and logs me out of Facebook. At first I thought it was just me having too many apps open but I closed everything besides Tully and it just logged me out again . It’s a great app for artists as it provides ways to share beats and lyrics. It also allows for word editing and etc. It also stays turn to itself and is meant for writers. although, I updated my app and now I’m no longer able to open my projects. I have about 45 songs now that I can’t open now. This hasn’t happened but I’m assuming it’s a minor error. Please fix this. Show more

Ok guy listen this is an amazing app but as of the past couple of day the Tully app has gotten stuck on the loading screen and won’t let me past I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has worked so my overall judgment is that the app has the potential to be one of the best ever they just need to get rid of all these bugs Show more

Every time I record my self, it always replays my voice off beat and it’s very frustrating. Reason I’m finally deleting the app.

I was inspired.. had something in mind while looking for the right tool to express myself, sticking to my notes app lol crashed 6 times in a row, then redownloded it, kept it up. Show more

I’ve been using Tully for 3 years now and actually love to use it when it comes to writing music, but now that it went from free to needing an subscription to keep things, the app hasn’t been saving lyrics and I keep getting errors with beats & projects. why can’t we make collabs anymore? Also the imported beat doesn’t play in “studio mode”. Just revert the app back to how it was. Awful.

Hey, you guys are doing a great job with the app and i absolutely love it, but i just recently tried to get back on to the app and i had to sign in, i do believe i’m using the right email an password but i can’t log in.
