I have linked my Arch and speaker system many times but this app is unstable and drops the set up the next time I want to use it?

I’ve got multiple speakers in one room (4) gold phantoms & I needed the dialog box to connect them and play together and it always gave me issues . Now with the new software upgrade it’s even worse ???????? Show more

Not satisfied at all

The Phantom I that I purchased has convinced me to buy a Phantom II. No, it doesn’t talk but it is that good.

Love the sound of the speakers but for some reason I am always needing to reset the pair. For some mysterious reason one of the speakers seems to randomly drop off which makes me need to reconfigure the whole set up. It’s a real pain. Hope they get it right someday Show more

Spend too much time always, every time trying to connect

I’ve had Phantoms for several years and they won’t stay connected. I simply stopped using then since every time I try to use them one of them has dropped out of the system requiring a complete reboot. I basically have $6000 bricks. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is very slow taking days to respond. Show more

For such a high end brand your app doesn’t provide anything that resembles a high end app. I’d like to have more interaction with my music on iTunes while I’m using your app. Why must I have to close out your app to any musical playlist adjusting? Show more

Terrible, connection quality is horrendous for blue tooth if you have a stereo pair, the app gets confused on which speaker is which, the app is the most simplified yet complicated piece if engineering i have ever used, please revamp your app, the price we pay for these speakers and the fact that you are selling 2018 models in 2022? Surely you can afford to get a team together and fix this… 0/10 for the app, 10/10 for the speaker. Show more

Easy to use and set up. Transition from airplay to Bluetooth simple and viceversa.

It use to be a lot better. I have to press night mode every time I switch to a new track on Spotify. It just won’t stay on night mode when I activate it. I hope they have an update soon that will fix this!! Show more

This system NEVER worked. I have a pair of Devialet gold. I already posted a review as the pairing absolutely never works. The admin suggested to reach to their help. Not better after this call. Still doesn’t work. Stay away from Devialet. The sound is good (for a small home system) but it is ruined by horrible connectivity and unfriendly software. Show more

It’s so hard to get to Wi-Fi setting, I believe it’s app problem.

Been an ongoing and frustrating product to keep running, especially since my kids aren’t here to constantly fix it.

The app is extremely basic and controls very little on my Dione sound bar. It has the ability to power off the unit, but will not turn it on. There are no controls that allow for any equalization on a base heavy speaker. The app is basically a volume control for the sound bar and allows for very basic functionality. They could take a lesson from the Bang & Olufsen sound bar app. Show more

Doesn’t work, no prompts - wish I could program another way
