Ive been using this app for just over a month now as we trasition over to ableton live. The first week we move forwad to use full multitracks the app crashes uopn opening in Catalina. I have deleted the app numerous times and reloaded it along with makign sure our MBP is up to date. All system settings are appropirate. This could be deal breaker. Show more

As most of us do, we run 2 separate D.I. boxes (L) being the click track, (R) being the track side. For some reason for the last 3 weeks the click side has been bleeding over into the track side. EVen when i unplug the click D.I. box, you can still hear the cues, and click bleeding through the PA system. I have checked our sound board and they are both perfectly panned over to their correct sides. Trying to see what the issue is, if anyone can help that would be great! Show more

Honestly, one of the easiest and most compatible multitrack apps out now. Theres a couple of bugs here and there, but nothing that can impeasd the full usuage of the app. The only downside is that we arent able to put our own Cue Sounds, that would be great! Who knows when they'll release that, but for now, I'll just enojy what we get! Show more

Great having the ability to run tracks from my mac without having to spend money on Abelton. Prime is easy to use and a great solution for any worship team

This is the perfect app to use if you want to get started using MultiTracks. Ableton is great, but it's like buying a Boeing 747 for your daily morning commute, it’s just too much power. Prime is the exact opposite, with a few extra features that make it perfect for pretty much every live setting. Works flawlessly in my experience, and I can’t recommend it enough. Show more

App is pretty awesome but my only issue is everytime I close the App and re open it, my Pan is always set to Pan and when going into settings to click Stereo, it's greyed out so I always have click on left ear and tracks on right only. Please fix. Update: I realized I have to click out “Outs” next to Midi and select what channels I want it to come out (when plugged into an audio interface). Also select mono or stereo. I guess this was updated a few patches back where as before all I had to do was go into settings and select pan or stereo. In another words this new update is much better because you can select what channels to shoot any track to. Show more

It's been great for our campuses. super easy and intuitive. I just wish we had more options for click sounds. my only gripe really.

Getting started wth a click track and a backing track is a daunting task for any worship team but once we found Prime multitracks everything just "clicked" lol. I only wish we had found this app sooner! Just scratching the surface with what it can do but this app is the game changer we have been praying for. Thank you PRIME! Show more

I am using Prime app version 4.3.3 in conjunction with a MOTU 896HD (Same occurs with a MOTU Classic) on my MacBook Pro to play stereo Audio tracks routed to outputs 1 & 2 on my MOTU and vocal cues and click are routed to output 3. These three channels are sent to our FOH mixer. The APP works great in this scenario. Unfortunately, when I try to also run Mainstage using audio outputs 5&6 on my MOTU both Mainstge and Prime APP freeze up. This is most unfortunate since I am a keyboard player and want to use both programs at the same time. Unfortunately I’m not getting any love. This occurs under both High Sierra and Mojave. Show more

LoopCommunity’s Prime App has been a great addition to our services and events. The app itself functions great with little to no issues at all but greater than that I love that Loop Community continues to make it better. So many apps create a product and then don’t continue to grow that product with user needs. This is not the case with Prime. They continually build upon their already great app. Thanks Loop Community. Show more

I have been using Prime to enhance live worship worship music for several years and love the ease of use and integration with Loop Community’s huge catalog of multi-tracks. The real magic, though, happened last night when I used it with our youth band. The ability to isolate only the tracks we needed made it simple enough to use with a novice band that isn’t quite ready to play to a click (or use in-ear monitors.) The section loop feature is a great way to take a simple loop and add new sonic texture to the band without having to lock into a particular arrangement. I love what the LC team is doing and am always eagerly awaiting what they come out with next! Show more

I used everything... Logic, Ableton, Playback by Multitracks, etc. and can confidently say that Prime is BY FAR the best. Logic and Ableton were a bit much for me when it came to what I needed on a Sunday morning to lead worship and trigger the tracks. Then I landed on Playback, which was simpler than Logic and Ableton, but still only available on mobile and the UI/UX is clunky and feels like when I used to be on a PC. I then tried Prime and it was like I was 16 all over again buying my first MAC. Clean and simple design, that was incredibly easy to use. Show more

Our worship team has been using this appfor months and it keeps us togther. Our quality has improved and we have fun!

Can't create an account or log in. Why would we want to create an account to use the app?

I use a U-Phoria UMC404HD midi module to send outputs to different direct outputs. It works fine with my ipad, but everytime I try to do it with my MacBook Air the app shuts down. It will let me play the internal output and the headphone out put. but I need to be able to send to different signal flows with my midi module and am not able to with the macbook air. Very disappointing. Hopefully there will be a fix for this. I will amend my feedback when it is. Show more

Love the app WHEN IT WORKS. problem is its been giving me more problems than good moments. Tracks will randomly stop, or lag for a half second, now the last time i tried to use Prime it didn’t even open up on my MacBook! Again, when it works, it is GREAT! but thats very rare… Show more

I love this app we use it at my church evey week only problem lately when we open up another applike mainstage or Reasons Prime starts playing and switching threw songs on its own it comes threw the speakers so loud so we have to close out all apps to use Prime and we are not able to open other apps with Prime is there a fix to this?? thank you! I Absolutely love your App! The only thing, I would love to see Audiobus support added to it. Audiobus (https://audiob.us) provides a free and easy to integrate SDK for developers, and allows participating apps to send live audio to each other. I think PRIME MultiTrack App could really benefit from being a part of the Audiobus community. Show more

Loop Community is such an amazing company. They have helped us grow so much as a team and have also helped us become better musicians because of their products. PRIME of MacOS is a great tool for leaders who are not great with Ableton, Logic X, etc., but still want to use and run tracks. Extremely user friendly and the people are always ready to help you out with any questions you may have. Thanks LC for helping us lead worship better! Show more

This app is incredible and about as simple to use as possible. I absolutely love that I can upload my own tracks to the cloud and have them ready for use within the app. The guys at Loop Community do some amazing work! Show more
