Thank you to MSXII for putting out this indispensable app for any producer looking to add a layer of grit and dirt that most distortion effects just don’t do. I find myself using it on just about every production. The added presets have been wonderful (Goose Down in particular) I’ll be bumping the MSXII creations through AUM and KOALA from here on out. After the Update: Runs fine now and sounds as good as it ever has! Went back to my old projects and made the tweaks I’ve been waiting months to make. Even created some new projects and love the effect. No problem at all giving this 5 stars, great work, team! Before the update: It sounds good when it works but is entirely unstable and crashes all the time. I’ve stopped using it and hope it gets fixed. Still not fixed... Every now and then I try it, just to see if it’s something wrong in the OS causing the issue. Nope, update after update, all my other plugins are stable, but not this one :( Show more

It’s perfect. Except it crashes on my garageband app every time I try to use it. It will also revert back to the default preset everytime I send the song to someone else/ share it, and when I close the project and open it again. I hope there’s an update that addresses these issues because it really makes my music sound better. But I find myself trying to find other apps that work just as well since this one doesn’t work properly. Show more

It constantly - CONSTANTLY crashes and the great sounds it creates never make it to the final. Always with the unexpectedly quit error message. Always.

The app used to work great in BeatMaker 3; but now it doesn’t save between sessions after you save it. I’m not the only one who’s been going through this and it’s frustrating that the problem hasn’t been resolved. I’ll literally have 3 instances of this app in 3 different tracks and EVERYTIME I open the session I have to reset the parameters. VERY ANNOYING. Show more

i love using this app so much for my music and it always takes my mixing to the next level, however it’s always incredibly buggy. right it’s continuously crashing and i’m unable to work on any projects with this plug-in as it crashes almost as soon as i open the file. please fix this i enjoy this plug-in a ton. I keep getting an error about audio unit extensions failing, and I’ve isolated it to this plugin. The plug-in will fail at points in the song and crash the DAW. The sound effects are really good though. Show more

It seems like it's making it completely impossible to use garageband. I'm sure it's a new update or something but seeing as how i use garageband everyday, it's not helpful that it constantly makes it crash. VST with great potential! Please hurry and fix the bugs :/. Show more

Lately the apps seems to keep crashing which makes my BeatMaker 3 app close out. Hoping to get an app update soon ??

It’s crashing every time I load it now, guess I’ll have to wait for an update....

Loaded this plugin on a vocal track and it immediately crashed in GarageBand. Never had this issue with the 20 other plugins I use.

I love how this app makes my samples sound. Plus its so much easier to treat a track with lo-fly rather than all the steps it would take to do the same thing with a number of different effects and plugins. Saturation, compression, bit reduction and more with just the turn of a knob and a few button presses. I use it on all my drum kits too. It gets a lot of use for many things. Show more

This would be a 5 star from me but it keeps buggin out and not working when I use it in GarageBand. Please update when you can!

It plays for two seconds before it crashes everytime

I have an iPad Pro about a year old. Thought this would be an easy fix for a few bars trying to emulate a Tom Misch song. I wasted the day trying to get this app to work. I really feel ripped off. Show more
