It's very frustrating ! I bought 2 bose speakers to be able to host and have a better , louder music but it's been impossible to connect both to the app even though both my speakers are compatible to connect . It keeps giving the same error and keeps taking me to press on the bluetooth button for 2 seconds and nothing happens.. Hope they have a easier way and resolve issue. Show more

Doesn't work with my iPhone 14 on iOS 16.1.2 or 16.2. I tried every trick in the book - reboot the speaker, reboot my phone, uninstall and reinstall the app, etc. and still no success. The speaker appears in the app but when you try to connect to it it tells you to go to settings and connect to it via Bluetooth (even if you're already connected). Eventually I got it to commit to trying to properly connect but it throws up errors 3 times in a row and then makes you start over. I expect more from Bose. Show more

Just bought two S1 Pros. They can’t connect in the app. Apparently this is due to incompatibility with iOS 16. Pro products deserve pro support.

As far as I can see, the app connects your nose device to your phone. Exactly the same as just hitting the Bluetooth button on the device itself. For this I downloaded an app and created an account? Is this a joke? By the way the Bose speaker says “connected” on the Bluetooth list but does not appear on the AirPlay list on my phone so won’t play. Bose says they will replace the speaker. In two weeks we will see if the new speaker works. Show more

I think this app is really good it really does unleash the power of your Bose products but there is one gripe I have it’s that find my buds don’t support all speakers if I lose my speaker I have to connect to it and play music if someone else is playing music you might not be able to identify it Show more

I’ll give it a 4. I’ll give it a 5 if this can have a EQ system built in the app so I can get more of a bass out of it or a clear vocal sound coming out. Show more

Recently purchased my new Bose S1 Pro and really enjoyed it. Bought another to amplify more sound to pair and heard that I could link them together while connecting to my app. Downloaded the app, tried to pair both the speakers to my phone and wouldn’t do it at all. Reset my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled, deleted all the bluetooth history devices on the speaker and still nothing. Everything is up to date on my phone. I now feel distinguished on purchasing another for its capabilities to pair. Looks like I’m going old school with the wired pair now. Show more

Doesn’t work…$$$ down the drain for these pro audio speakers.

It would be great if there is Bass and Treble control in the app.

Upgraded to new IPhone 14 Pro Max, my app on new phone would not connect to my S1 Pros or Sound link. App would continue to tell me to make sure Bluetooth on phone is on or to hold Bluetooth button on speaker, but phone is already connected to the speaker, just not the app. App on my iPad Pro has iOS 16.2 and it’s able to connect to S1 Pros and Sound link and I am able to use party mode and stereo mode, Bose please fix app would like for it to work on my phone as well, thanks!
