Ever since I updated the app none of apple devices can connect to my two Bose S1 Pro speakers. I’ve done everything to fix the issue but no luck. I’m a tech person too so there’s no doubt this update has a glitch. Show more

Tried to connect two S1 pro speakers via Bluetooth in stereo mode. Won’t work. Called Bose and they said app is incompatible with iOS16. Solution offered? Install and a device with an older iOS! Folks @Bose - it is on you to solve your own app incompatibilities instead of the user. How many of us are even able to reinstall an older iOS? Will now have to wait for Bose to update their app before I can have this pairing problem fixed…. Show more

The app doesn’t work with the s1 pro speaker if you have ios16. Please fix this!!!!!

It works well, quick and sets up which is good. It be nice if there was an equalizer to make adjustments I’d like more bass but the bass is good sounds great it’s bose after all. Show more

I’m trying to connect my Bose S1 Pro to the app and it’s impossible to connect the speaker to the app, I tried to pair it on the app and it keeps telling me to press the bluetooth button and keep sending me to the bluetooth button, I don’t know what else to do Show more

This app can barely connect to my iPhone itself sometimes. Getting it to connect to 2 devices, and then without constant dropping of one device (especially on calls, interrupting the call completely), is near impossible. What a joke of an app/headset. Show more

I notice with the app, connection to the speaker is more sturdy than without it.

I’m trashing my speakers and spending my money elsewhere. Your product is not worth my time or money. I gave it two years and they have never worked as advertised. Clearly the company has other priorities, customer satisfaction being the least important. You don’t even deserve the one star I have to rate you to submit this review. Good riddance! Show more

At least 50% of the time, the app works well. But for whatever reason, sometimes it is frustratingly finicky. In these cases, sometimes by the time I get it to connect to my speakers, I no longer have enough time to listen to an album. Some days it will work just fine, and then two hours later it refuses to recognize the speakers until I turn everything off and on multiple times and/or force my phone to forget and reconnect to the speakers. I know I’m not the only one with this problem, because I have read reviews that say the same thing. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the Bluetooth protocol itself being finicky, the speakers getting finicky, or this app getting finicky. Show more
