and have always enjoyed singing on SS, & listening to other members’ recordings. A few days ago, my SS phone app messed up (squeezed up to display only half the page... vertically), so I deleted it, & re-loaded the app. The new format is far less appealing, than the original design. Also my messages used to load instantly; however, I’ve tried loading messages today, & even after 10 minutes, no messages have loaded. I can still use my laptop application, but the phone app is RUINED. Fix it!!!! Please... fix it. Show more

I haven’t logged in for a couple weeks. So imagine my shock when I sign in and it looks beautiful but I get stuck on every single page! I’m using the iPhone 11 Pro Max, not sure if that’s the issue?? Also can’t click links in messages. Can’t do much of anything! I really miss the simplicity of the original version and hope this gets fixed QUICKLY since I am paying for this! Show more

I use a tablet and this new version does not let me view landscape, and with an attached keyboard, this app is now useless for my two year prepaid subscription. The sound is awful, I’m so disappointed. I don’t mind upgrades, but wow. How about keeping some good features. Show more

I was happy to finally see a new version of the SingSnap app, until I ran it. There are major issues with navigation and you end up having to hard kill the app and start over again simply because you get stuck on a page with no navigation controls to get off the page. Also, trying to scroll through a message board list without accidentally touching one of the hyperlinked images is darn near impossible. Please add some padding to the sides! Show more

I logged on and expected the usual microphone and headset/volume calibration. There was nothing other than a pop up allowing camera access(check) and another recommending headphone use. But my headset did not receive output. No where in the navigation of the program is there a tech support or faq. Nor is there even a settings menu. I would consider this a broken app. Show more

For me, this app does not mix well and some times it won’t let me sign in UPDATE: Now I cannot even sign in to the app anymore. I deleted it.

I’m one of those people who it takes a long time to adjust to change so when this app was re-designed I was not a fan. But after giving it a little time, which actually wasn’t very long at all I still think it’s a pretty great app. I’m sure with a little time it will be my favorite app on my phone just like the last one was. perfect app with millions sons to sing

Quick to take my money for gold membership but didn’t actually give me gold membership!!! I paid the monthly 11.99 and can’t even do one single song! I would give this zero stars if possible. I demand a refund and don’t download this app!!!!!!! Show more
