It’s a simple app, but it does everything I need from my headphones.

This app is great, it did everything it said it would do. I particularly liked it because I could change the setting (noise canceling vs transparency vs normal) very easily. I could do that with the touch controls on the earbuds, but it was hard to know what setting I was on. My only problem was that the app was formatted for an iPhone, so it looked kinda strange on my iPad. It is just a little thing, but it annoys me every time I use it. This app definitely makes things such as controls and custom sound quality easier, but you would do just fine without it. Show more

Wen I got the the soundcore life q20+ they worked perfectly fine with the app until a few months later with new updates I started having major issues that just made the app useless, for example even when my headphones were connected to my phone it would always take a few try’s to connect it to the app now it doesn’t connect at all. Please fix this sound core. Show more

I love the app lets me choose which eq I want every single time and with the new headphones I got it works so well

there are some errors but it works like an apple even better ??? i liked it

This app stops playing everything whenever it connects to my Q35s. I have to kill it to restart the music.

I had the life p3 earbuds and now I have the space a40. Both are good. I get really annoyed at the app though. It never recognizes that the earbuds are connected at first. It usually, but not always figures it out after I tap on them 1/2 million times. Would be nice if it did better in that area Show more

I lost my left Life P2 earbud and cannot find it, I tried putting my earbuds with the app but the Life P2 earbuds weren’t on the list and the manual setup wasn’t working, please help! Show more

Both of them support Multipoint. Yet, they don’t work flawlessly as Technics AZ60 (Earbuds) & Sennheiser Momentum 3 Headphones! Would you, the Soundcore team check into the matter and fix it through firmware update please?! Except this, both of the gears sound truly wonderful and I personally find an excellent improvement on Space Q45’s ANC sector than Liberty 3 Pro. Thank you lots… ? Show more

Read up. Soundcore is LITERALLY listening to your "sleep environment", on too of doing all the normal draconian data hovering. This kind of garbage makes me sick.

Says it works with Life Dot 2 series. But it doesn't. Disappointing.

Basic functions like connecting your product to the app only work maybe half the time. Makes headphones practically unusable sometimes if you want to change the sound filtering mode or use any of the touch controls. Very frustrating. Avoid soundcore products and the app. Show more

I got my Frames to connect to Bluetooth, but the app keeps telling me to connect the Frames.

Wouldn’t identify the headset, multiple tries, worthless software.

The manual says there is a “Find my earbuds” feature in the app, when there is clearly not

App regularly will not connect, even though my earbuds are already connected to Bluetooth.

Can someone please tell me where the equalizer went for my Life P3 earbuds? You all changed the App. And now I can’t find anything that makes these earbuds sound the way they used to nor can I find where to go if I drop or loose them They used to have a function to help find the earbuds if lost. Are these features gone or am I just not finding them? Show more

My Bluetooth and headphones (Life Q20) are paired, but the app can’t find my device. I’d really like to adjust the EQ, because whatever the default settings are, the top end sounds tinny, and the only way to adjust the EQ is via the app. I’ve “forgotten” the device, and turned Bluetooth off. Turned it back on again, and re-paired my headphones, but the app still can’t find my device. I like how the headphones sit, and they are pretty noise cancelling, but what’s the point if you can’t stand the sound that’s coming from them? Show more
