Over all good but there are bugs
The app works great with there product the “sport x10” but I ran into one bug so far. When trying to change the controls I found that I cannot change the single click options for L or R ear buds. I can change the double click or long hold functions but not for the single click. I was not able to report this but via the App Store and their website did not have a clear way to report it so here I am leaving a review instead. Show more

    Unable to update settings
Since this last update, I’m unable to edit settings during a live call or while listening to music. The app shows the earbuds are disconnected. When I disconnect my call or stop the music app, I can make adjustments again because the app recognizes them as connected again. Please fix this! Show more

    Not too impressed.
It's a simple app and I can stand that. Although any pair of soundcore headphones you own have to be connected to access and use your eqs instead of having it saved or selecting your own default, which is a bit if a hassle. I love the ease of setting your own eq, and you can hear and learn the difference instantly. But here's a roadblock i've run into that make the app a pain as if late. For some odd reason, although connected to bluetooth and your device may recognize it's connected, the app will stay searching and never recognize your headphones. I own Soundcore's Q35 pair of headphones, and maybe it's just this pair with the app, but it's become a recent and frequent issue I just can't tolerate, as the default eq is the worst (In my opinion.) The default eq should be able to be changed to whatever your preference is, honestly. I hate to depend on the app for that simple comfort that makes having spent upward 100+ dollars on the product worth it. Show more

    Great app. One question
Edited: I love this app and the headphones I have. I have the Life P3’s and use them as much as possible. Because of that, they sometimes get lost. And I searched up how to find a missing headphone, and it says to do the find my headphone feature on the app. My question is where is that feature? Other than that this app is great and I highly recommend it. Turns out I found you had to turn on the earbud to use it so it isn’t a help of the one that is lost is dead, and also when I pressed the button to make it have a loud noise play I don’t hear anything, even when I put the earbud in my ear I don’t hear a single sound. Is there something that I’m doing wrong? Or is it a problem that needs to be fixed. If so please fix it. Show more

What’s going on? (Liberty 3 Pro)
I keep losing audio randomly. When I lose it, I have to disable, then enable the Bluetooth and connect each time. Never had issues before, please fix. Update: Now there’s no audio at all, but they’re connected. I couldn’t get help though the app support. Please help Show more

Liberty 3 pro user : app issues
I love my liberty 3 pros (have had 2 pairs) but my issue is the Soundcore app. 1. Unexpected logouts 2. Random loss of audio 3. Password support?( can’t use apples saved passwords to login) Issues such as these have slowly but surely gone away with every update released, thank you so much for making these better with updates! Can't find my device
The app can't find my device. It keeps searching and telling me to connect Bluetooth. But it can't find my device. I really didn't like it. Not a professional app.

Great product but hard to use app,
I got the liberty air too and I am impressed with the product but the app is hard to use, not straightforward, and none of the buttons work, and none of them have labels that are able to be read by a screen reader. I rate the app one star because part of the reason I got this headset was for customization and Accessibility. I got none of those. If you get a product and part of the way you use it is through the application, I expect to be able to use the application along with the product as advertised. I would appreciate if you could please work on making the app accessible to people who use voice over which is a screen reader that is used on iPhones and iPads, and talkback is for android devices. Thank you kindly. Show more
