for all the mega troye fans- this app is perfect for you! its super cozy and has a tight nit community of loving fans. there are some weird quirks about the app but its nothing big enough to complain about. troye talks directly to us on the vocal audio updates and its so refreshing- he truly loves his fans, and he wants yall to experience that love through his app!? I am a huge Troye Sivan fan! I loved him back when he was still doing YouTube, don’t get me wrong when you see my rating. My feelings towards this app have nothing to do with Troye. There are just so many issues and I have gone to customer support MANY times and no one is helping. They just tiptoe around my issue and say the “issue is resolved” or the “ticket has been closed due to completion”. I preordered the bloom package back in May (I am so excited to get it btw) and received a code for the exclusive content on the app. I have been trying since MAY to get the code to tie to my account but every time I put it in, I get “voucher has already been redeemed” but I don’t have any exclusive access when I paid for it! Of course it’s not the end of the world but I don’t even use the app anymore because it just brings up frustration. Customer service doesn’t help at all and the app itself is confusing and doesn’t give you any tab or button to redeem a code for access (just a “buy the album for access”). I just want to see all of my Troye Boy’s content and no one seems to be willing to help. Customer service is a joke, I’ve sent about 12 emails back and forth to get this sorted out but they don’t seem to have a clue of what to do. I just want to support my favorite artist... Show more

This app disintegrated the wig. That's all.

I loveee the new update with the fan wall however it would be nice if there were more things you could do with it. I know the purpose of the app isn’t to be a social media platform but it would be cool if you could have profiles and could follow and dm people, could see who’s liking your posts, etc. Other than that the app is great and I love the content! I really wanted to give this five stars, I mean, I love Troye, the content of the app is great, but for some reason when I open the app, the screen is white. When I tap the menu button, it shows the menu and then quits the app. I’ve tried re-downloading the app and it still doesn’t work. The thing is, the app worked perfectly fine before. I dunno what’s up with it, but for some reason the app just doesn’t work for me. Show more

The app crashes every time i open it and is also blank.

This app is so clunky, and considering that it’s supposed to handle content announcements and planned ticket sales, it’s clearly not built to handle the existing demand of the user base. It’s so bad that I had to outsource pre-sale ticket purchasing to someone else that had access to a computer at the time. This is time sensitive stuff folks!! I’m not here for sub-par developers monopolizing my time in the crucial first moments of pre-sale availability. Also, the amount of times I’ve had to relaunch this app just to successfully load newly released video/audio content is ridiculous. I’m honestly more likely to try and find that released content on YouTube or Twitter because that won’t take as long and won’t result in a crash. Are you guys outsourcing your programming to some foreign firm stretched thin with deliverables and poor labor practices, or do you just not know how to code? Show more

The visuals and content are beautiful. Sadly this app needs some serious UX/UI improvement and logistical fixes.

it won’t even let me sign up/log in, so i’m sure it’s a great app, but i wouldn’t kNOW SINCE I CANT ACTUALLY USE IT
