If you want to spend hours trying to connecting to this buggy piece of crapware, go for it. Says connected then gives an error every time. Android version has you connect both your sound bar and phone/app to your main WiFi, which makes sense (it doesn’t work either). This version has you connect to the Polk Command WiFi then says it’s connected or times out. Got to the screen where you can name the bar a few times but it then always showed an error. Show more

Worst app and sound bar. Don’t buy it!!!!

The biggest waste of money. I’m having the same problems as the other reviews. It works when it wants to and disconnects from wifi daily. It takes hours to get it back on. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Show more

I love the soundbar. That’s it. The app does nothing. I want to connect my soundbar to my home WiFi. Wont allow it. It makes me connect my phone to the sound bar’s WiFi. I can’t download updates. Can’t connect to Google home. Just horrible. Show more

It’s doesn’t work unless it’s a command bar, I tried to set it up with my magnifi mini and it just doesn’t work, neither does the polk omni.

Can’t setup Alexa. Please Fix

I hate this thing. I hate their customer support. I hate it. It NEVER stays connected. The app is always broken. It’s slow. It’s garbage. I hate that I basically have a regular sound bar even though I paid for an Alexa enables one. Do not buy. Show more

App is garbage, no help or support from Polk, will never buy another product from Polk. Seriously the company is doing everything to go bankrupt.

Soundbar sounds great, but only stayed connected to my WiFi for one week. Have tried countless times to reconnect with no luck.

Luckily I have two phones and the App still works on my galaxy s8

My Polk sound bar keeps disconnecting from the wifi and I have to go through the setup all over again. This is BS and no updates have been done to resolve these ongoing issues! Show more

Bought the Polk Command Bar and then connected with the app albeit, with some manageable issues. It just took forever to get things to load. About 3 months later I moved and decided to reconnect with the app... I wish I could tell you how that process went but the APP CRASHES WITH A BLANK RED SCREEN. I have yet to see any info pop up once I open the app. I like the speaker, but it’s a shame that Polk shuts out support like the app shuts me out. Nobody gets anywhere! Show more

This must have been a school project that amazon bought and is trying to fix because it doesn’t work one bit..

Connectivity is the worst I have ever seen. Then when I try to get a password reset it took over an hour to get the reset. Furthermore you should refund all the money people have invested in your product, glad I am not poor. Show more

This app is essential, but does not work. Even with youtube instructions, that provides information missing on the app, it still is useless.
