What a piece of rubbish. Worked fine for a few minutes, then decided it had to update, and now doesn’t work. Never buying a Polk product again. Maybe make something that I can just plug in without using your awful software? Show more

I downloaded the app, got it connected and set up and completely lost the ability to control the volume of the sound bar. The remote would not do it, Alexa could not do it. I deleted the app and the volume started working. I control volume with my Dish remote. It worked until I installed the app. Show more

Just bought the sound system at recommendation of sales rep. Will be returning back to store. Never again. App don’t work. Can’t connect to WiFi. Sorry I’ve wasted my time and listening to sales rep. Don’t buy. Doesn’t come with instructions and tell you to connect via app that does not work. Wish I could not give any star. Show more

Do not buy POLK anything

I’m not sure why so many poor reviews, I’m NOT what you would consider “tech savvy” and I breezed through setup. Couldn’t have been simpler or more straightforward

This is garbage don’t waste your money! Alexa functionality on this is nonexistent. There is no support other than people who can barely answer the phone. I wish zero stars was possible! Show more

I hope during the coronavirus pandemic you losers go out of business. I just tossed my Polk in the trash where it belongs. Long story short the whole system has connectivity issues out the wazzu. Can you say BUGGY! Come on it’s 2020 for crying out loud. This is the first and last time I by another Polk product. Everyone that writes a review give them a bad one and they still won’t fix there app. WHY? I’ll tell you why. It’s because they don’t care about there costumes. They just want your money. Absolute garbage spend 200+ for a sound bar you can’t set up cause the app won’t get past the initial set up or account set up!

Have been sitting here for hours trying to get this app to connect my soundbar to the internet. Won’t connect no matter what.
