Purchased a new iPhone 14 plus. The app does not see my Wi-Fi network. Looked on-line others are also experiencing this issue. I have uninstalled then reinstalled the app multiple time to no avail. I have to use my iPad to change any settings. I should have went with a Sonos sound bar instead of my Bose 900. There app works! Show more

Bose speakers desperately needs ‘Volume EQ’! The Soundbar 900 would be absolutely perfect if it had Volume EQ to automatically adjust bass in low volume like every other competing premium sound companies. Show more

I love this app a lot it’s a great tool for my bose earbuds but i do wish there were more specialization options when it comes to the modes…

On QCII earbuds: I know Bose has the technology to disable the “battery low” voice prompt. How can I as the consumer get that? I use these earbuds to sleep. It is very jarring to hear a voice loudly stating the battery is low. It’s not a necessary feature.I would eliminate the voice completely (not just connection and startup as is currently the only option in the app). And the chimes. It’s a shame, because the product itself is so good. The QC stands for Quiet Comfort. Without the loud voice prompt, it would be just that. Show more

This product is excellent for all use… Just not good for driving also wish u could use one at a time… when needed

It’s so annoying the EarPods disconnect frequently and it says that it’s not fully charged when in fact it is. Also you can’t lower the voice of the lady on it. I can have it on a low volume but when I get a call or something interrupts the voice is full volume. Gives me a heart attack when I’m laying in bed drifting off to sleep. And Bose voice lady says 30%. Also why doesn’t it have fine my EarPods like Apple. Once of the best things when I have misplaced them and was able to locate my missing Apple EarPods. I bought these because I thought they were better and was tired of apple products. But these go on that list as well and will be looking for different earpod brands in the future. Show more

I like the sunglasses a lot, but my head is a medium sized and the device is tight where my nose piece does not contact my nose bridge.
