Can’t detect WiFi connection on my iphone despite it being connected to a stable network, which renders the entire app unusable. I have found others on Reddit with same issue also using iPhone 14. Improve your testing. Show more

It has some good features. Like going through your playlist, giving tips on what features the headphones have. Though the Sony app has more diversity, this is around a 7/10 app. Would recommend. Show more

Awesome experience and interface, easy to use and edit quickly when toggling genres of music.

This is definitely a good app, with everything it absolutely NEEDS to have. I just wish had had a couple of extra things we WANT it to have. It would be nice to have a battery saving mode where it’s still on, but doesn’t have sound-cancelling OR aware mode on. It might also be nice to rename connected devices from the app. It was great with painless connectivity so definitely use it. Show more

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 14 and iOS 16, now this app tells me my soundbar is not available and that Wi-Fi is required. The device and phone are connected to Wi-Fi, this is very confusing. App works fine on my wife’s phone but is unusable on mine. I hope this gets sorted soon, we love this soundbar. Thanks! Show more

App requires you to sign up before offering instructions to set up your speakers. Lame.

Everything Bose does is perfect

Awesome and real noise cancellation. I liked the modes and working perfectly.

BOSE why did you have to force this Wi-Fi connection? I constantly have to delete the product then delete the App then reinstall the app and deselect the product for this app to connect to the sound bar. Why Bose, WHY? It was working before I got the IPhone 14 pro. Please I am sure it’s a quick fix on your app. Please BOSE do us right. BOSE is expensive as it is for it to have such a poor app. Oh and btw I am a technically savvy person. Just in case you were wondering. Show more

I whish there were only one universal app for all my bose speakers

I have had to sync my remote almost every day. Now my bar is not even working on my TV. Will be returning product.

I’m a aerospace mechanic technician. and I Basically have to buy a new pair every year for work.and I finally found some that I Love. the sound quality of these things are amazing. I’ve had a couple of pairs of BEATS BY DRE. then the APPLE AIRPODS2. then I tried the RAY CONS. the SKULL CANDIES.they all sounded good I didn’t think they could be beat. but these things sound so good glad I paid the money for the quality now let’s see if they can hold up at work for what I paid I definitely hope so thanks BOSE for making a great product these things sound amazing !!! The app is incompatible with iOS16.2 with the WiFi not detected problem. Like others reported. Doesn’t seem to be acknowledged by Bose either which is shocking. Product is inoperable unless managed through a different device Show more

I’ve never been more frustrated with a stupid app. Keeps telling me to turn WiFi on when it clearly on. Connect to the same network which it already is… absolutely stupid works on my wife’s phone but not mine same phone. What gives.. Show more
