It works good once then the next time, it keeps asking to sync with the Hue box

Worked great for about 2 months. I had to reset my router and when I did, the lights are back on my bridge but the app says it can’t find a bridge. I also paid for the automatic light feature that syncs with the song and now it’s grayed out like I have to buy it again. Show more

App is very good. Never crashed. I usually use manual pattern for different songs. One nice to have is saving the patters for songs, hopefully it will be developed in the future. Show more

Works great with my lights. However it keeps crashing after about 10 minuets. Please fix this

Why do I have to run downstairs and hit the Hue button every time I use this app ?

I’ve 50+ hue lights. I just paid the in all of 7.99 and it’s still limited to 10 lights. Why can’t you make it unlimited to use all the house lights? (Developer replied quickly) which I really appreciate. The app works well for 10 lights. The UI design however needs love to get this 2 more stars. Currently the best app functionally to control the music. Show more

Best hue light music sync app by far

Great light controller with interesting patterns and a great auto mode. Seems more stable as well then some other apps in its class. My only qualm is the lack of ability for a user to time delay the lighting effects for sound systems with higher audio latency. Fix that and it’ll be show ready! Show more

From initial looks, this app seems to be a reluctant product that has a lack of quality similar to that of other apps. However upon a large amount of use this app, it is quite rather fantastic. While of course it includes in app purchases, it runs fantastically with ease. The app flawlessly connects to my Hue Bridge using entertainment areas from the primary Hue app for light control (you can edit and add these ares in the app). The controls are simplistic and easy understand. Even while intoxicated quite interestingly. The microphone control option works impeccably well along with availability to connect along with Apple Music and Spotify. While it may not be as fantastic as iLightShow (of which I highly recommend), it is the second best app/controller so far I have yet to encounter anywhere for Hue lights. I should also include that the developer is constantly improving the app with new updates and new features. As it is a project, it will only get even better. Highly Recommend for anyone looking to control Hue lights for use in parties. Show more

I was planning on designing a program to make a light show for hue until I found this! Phew! Saved me lots of research time! I can now just focus on creating show effects for my 10m neopixel lightstrips. I just wish there was a way to link this app to a midi controller so it is easier to change effects just like using a DMX controller, or if there is a PC app like this which I could link to a midi controller or to Ableton for music automatization.. I purchased this app and paid for the Auto feature. I also downloaded on my daughters phone so she could use in her room as well only to find out that I had to pay again for her to have the auto feature as well. So I paid again only to find out that only one user can be connected to the HUE hub through this app at a time, even though you are trying to control a different entertainment area. This was very disappointing. If I had known this from the start I would have never purchased this app a second time for my daughter. You have a quality product, it just needs to be able to support more than one user at a time. Show more

It’s trash don’t get it. can’t adjust the speed of the blinking, so if you ain’t tryna have a seizure then don’t get this.

Just a warning Does Not Work without bridge so if you have the Bluetooth Hue lights that doesn’t require a bridge and are not using a bridge this will not work. Show more

Freaks out about 2 minutes into microphone beat following usually.

For while the UI leaves something to be desired, it works better than any other Hue app for syncing flash patterns with music. And the flash patterns are actually good. I’d love to be able to select color themes as opposed to just 1 color or the rainbow spectrum. Show more

This is pure fun, and causes a desire for more lights. We gotta move this system to the back yard.

I hoped with the other Apple integration, podcast support would be a given.

I love this app and use it several times a week. It’s never crashed and gets compliments from everyone who sees it in action. My only wish would be that you could have more than 10 lights connected to it at once. Show more

Connected to hue bridge instantly and had my hue lights changing to the tempo of the music on from my apple music library. Took a few minutes to get used to the app. The features that come with the app are exactly what I was looking for and this is so far the best app I found. Show more
