I love the app but here are some suggestions that i think could make it a must-have for every musician: - Easy way to rename music files - different color folders options - more colors for pen and highlighters (to accomodate everyone, i recommend a color wheel and “save color” option similar to Goodnotes - make the pen more adaptable—it’s too hard to write small and neatly and the slightest tilt or pressure will smudge the virtual ink. Overall I think having better tools similar to Goodnotes and some general things would be better. Show more

Self scanned scores or downloaded scores can disappear all of a sudden and won’t be able to be opened/download at all when they offload by themselves. Scores especially markings aren’t recovered till now. I’m utterly disappointed. Subscribed monthly subscriptions so that my scores don’t disappear but can’t log in on other devices and my scores disappeared when i was still using the same iPad. There is a help button but tough to get help so here I'm reviewing. Update: Managed to get response through emailing and am on the process on solving the problem. Will update when it’s resolved. Purchased a subscription but can’t log in.

I am an amateur classical pianist and I use this app to learn all of my repertoire. It’s functional, fairly priced, and comprehensive.

For some reason the smart search isn’t working properly and when I add a favorite to a composition, I can’t remove it.

The way the app handles and formats sheet music is unwieldy and takes up a lot of space on the screen. It is much cleaner and easier to use a web browser to download the PDF and then use a program such as ForScore to view and make notations on the music. Show more

I love this app. I use IMSLP every day, practically, and I am not sure why I didn't subscribe years ago - $2.99 a month to have access to all my scores, across all my devices, and to be able to import PDFs that I scan of other scores, plus supporting a platform for music that I use all the time, is very very affordable in my book! Less than a cup of coffee, and it goes to support something that I rely on constantly. Show more

Ever since iOS 15 update it has had many problems. When opening it it works for about three minutes and then I can’t open any scores. The tool bar has been glitchy as well. I’m just disappointed because it’s inconvenient for people who rely on this app and I hope the issues get fixed soon since the updates on ipad and iPhone are causing a lot of problems. Show more

I pay a yearly membership fee to imslp. I don’t understand why I would have to pay a monthly fee using the app! I would like to use the app but not if I have to pay monthly especially, since I only use imslp once or twice in a year. Show more

App is complete broken after the most recent update. Can’t login, or open any scores.

Get error message for everything I try to open; reads JSON could not be serialized… could not even change my password…

I’m so glad to have an app for my digital scores. Recently, the app has become very slow, and page turns take up to 5-6 seconds to happen. Also, the eraser often doesn’t work, or after working, the erased things will reappear and then disappear 10 seconds later. Using an iPad Pro for this. Show more

Simply perfect!

There are only two things I wish this app had. 1. That it would remember where you were in a score every time you came back to it. 2. That the bookmarks I make are not separate from the score but that if I choose one I can still continue on through the score. These two things make using this app difficult in a rehearsal setting where you are jumping around a lot. Otherwise this app works very well and is easy to navigate. love the highlight feature. I love it, the annotations layers and color features are amazing! The library design is very intuitive, thank you!

Maybe because of this newest update, the bluetooth pedal stopped working with this app. Nevertheless, great app if it is made compatible again with the pedal.

The very first title I called up came back as not available in my country. Guess I’ll go back to using my web browser. The titles are available for download on the website but not the app. I see your response below but I’m wondering why titles that are available on the website are not also available on the app. Thanks.
