Take control of your credits!

Really great that we finally have some way of tacking this stuff. My hope is that with a big enough user base they can really work to improve the tracking and verification stuff, most of my work isn’t showing up and is quite difficult to add those credits. I realize it can be hard to confirm credits since the music industry for some reason doesn’t seem to care about giving proper credit most of the time. We need the recording academy or someone to come up with better rules for crediting engineers, mixers, and mastering engineers. The film guys have it down Show more

I appreciate being able to see the tallied streams etc for us behind the scenes folks but many well received records I worked on are showing zero streams. Also, the Connections and Representative area either doesn’t work or is too confusing to make sense of. Show more

I love this concept but when I signed up and all ready to go, I couldn’t add collaborators and other details of a project. The search function is barely working. There are some releases that weren’t supposed to be under the artist that I admin — but there’s no way to edit that too. If they can iron out bugs and UI, this app could be something labels (major or indie) could use. Show more

Not user friendly. I have dozens of titles to register and can’t figure how to add collaborators. Difficult to use

Can’t get past the IG verification page when adding artist. Only option is to tap “cancel”

How do you edit unpublished projects? Why can’t I change me from label to artist? Why can’t I fin my band to add as artist, even though my songs appear as done by my band that is labeled as an artist? Show more

Love the idea. Tracking credits is a total hassle these days. Now that so many releases are digital only, discogs and allmusic don’t really reflect what’s out there. Allmusic is very incomplete, even with releases I’ve done with bigger record labels that are supposedly better at registering these things. At least with discogs you can update it yourself fairly easily. Anyways, I was really excited to use this app but it appears to only show my Allmusic credits, none of my discog credits are listed here. Doesn’t seem to be a way to link it either, and it doesn’t explain the “unpublished credits” option which seems to be the only way to upload your own credits via the app.... cool idea but maybe not ready quite yet. Great platform but it needs a way to develop faster. There’s many albums that I recorded that don’t appear in my credits. There should be a way for the user to find them and add them to the profile credits Show more

The app says I need to update the version of the app. When I go to update it brings me back as if I have the updated version already.

I’ve been looking for a way to capture my credits and properly view my musical resume and Muso.AI does EXACTLY that! Thank you!!
