    Can’t find my device
    Poorly design app, could not find the device.

    Worked ok before they just did a fix what a joke the fix was never connects now

    Drops connection
    UPDATE: Version 2.7.1 fixes the connection issues mentioned below. Thank you Arcam for listening to users, although it’s hard to understand how a bug like that made it through testing in the first place. This app used to work well to control my AVR390. After recent updates it connects to the receiver correctly when it first opens, but if you leave the app and return to it (letting the app run in the background) you get a message that says “Unable to connect An unknown error occurred”. Have to quit the app and reopen it to get it to connect to the receiver again. Very annoying. Show more

    Glad to have the app
    App connected to my receiver (AVR390) immediately and I was able to control it. My key hope for this app is to be able to perform automated tasks via Siri. If the devs use the API that Apple provides to register app actions (i.e. turn volume up, switch inputs, direct mode, mute, etc) that would allow me to use Apple’s Shortcuts function to add automated routines I can then trigger with Siri via my phone or HomePod.     Unreliable
    Hardly connects to receiver. Paid $4k for a receiver and the app can’t be bothered to work.

    Arcam AVR 390
    This amp/receiver is fantastic. Sound is so clear. This app to control it works as it should.

    Will not connect
    Heard such good things about Arcam. I just picked up this receiver, and the app won’t connect? Really? Sorry, Arcam, but this is going back.

    Connection issues
    Ditto having trouble connecting every time .. sad arcam ...sad arcam..
