This app does not register with the 510 BT

After some initial connectivity problems,(probably my fault), I was a little disappointed in the sound…then I found the EQ settings. What a difference! Now they sound like premium speakers should. I haven’t had them long enough to report on battery life but I do appreciate the wireless charging. I can’t wait to try out the ANC next spring when I mow the lawn. They are a great value for the price. Show more

Literally no way to disable voice assist on my headphones, which is the only reason I downloaded the app in the first place

JBL Endurance TWS from Amazon.com stopped working Within a week - the left earbud started to crack and stutter. Luckily I was in return window hence I got a refund. Customer support, factory reset, software update never resolved the issue. Never expected this from well established brand. Show more

This is an amazing app and works really well but I have one suggestion/ request. It would be really cool if there was a widget you could add to your Home Screen so that you could change settings like the ambient modes without opening the app. Show more

It works on my iPad but not my phone. It’s very annoying because I mainly use it away from my iPad. On the iPad tho it’s good

Have these headphones for 2 months. Never have been able to pair both at the same time. Now the left won’t charge. More junk headphones I think I might go back to Sony. Show more

While the headphones sound and fit great, the battery doesn’t seem to charge correctly. The case won’t go above 80% charging, then stops. Same with the earbuds. Hopefully I will find a fix soon. Show more

These headphones just straight up do not work correctly. Putting them back in the case and closing it doesn’t disconnect them so I have to manually power them off and disconnect my Bluetooth in order for the battery to not die. Speaking of the battery, even powering them off doesn’t stop either the left or right earbud being dead even after leaving them all night to charge when the case shows it has 70%+ battery. These were $115 headphones and within 3 weeks I’m seriously considering buying new Apple earphones. Cannot recommend against these overpriced pieces of trash enough, please don’t waste your money. I love my Reflect Mini earbuds but I wish they were just a tad smaller (I have tiny ear holes). The app can never find my earbuds even though they are connected and in use. When it does find them, it has reset all of my settings. How can I fix the app to continually find my earbuds and keep my settings? Show more

Have had intermittent problems with left earbud for past week. Not clear how to resolve and whether it is a mechanical or electronic or software problem. Have not had these earbuds very long… Show more

Not gonna work unless you have specific earbuds god forbid I don’t spend 150+ on everything

This is awesome app with one of the best products of the market you can set up everything of you need with earphones! Highly recommend!

1st they were working PERFECTLY when I first bought them. Then less than 2 weeks later the left side went completely out!! The following week I could barely hear out of the right earbud. Tried resetting them and NOTHING!!! WORST EVER!! DONT WASTE TO MONEY!!!! Show more
